Yes so living/dining area is 13’1” x 16’11”. TV/ sofas would be on either side of the 13’1” measurement
My lounge is 4m x 3m and I have a 65” TV. I could honestly just about get away with a 75” TV in my smaller space so 65” should be fine in yours.
