I have a good job, a house and a millennial family (so a common law spouse and a dog)… I feel SO bad for people trying to enter the market but it’s also a scary place to be in the market too. I didn’t realize my “starter home” would be my forever home because getting something detached is literally an $800K difference in my neighbourhood.
You must live in an extremely nice area. Shitty townhouses here in Dundas go for about $700-$800k. You can get a nice detached for about a million. A farcry from a $800k difference.
I agree with first and third. I may not have read enough about the second age yet to appreciate it. Just started collecting the HoME series though, so I imagine if there’s more to read it’ll be in there.
I’ve been disappointed a few times with the intolerance of some hyper-unreasonable people who happen to ascribe to the political left. Then i’ve felt the same way about some of my family on the right.
Real Estate increases at an average of 8% over a long term, there will be fluctuations but in general it should never plummet or crash just try not to overpay in a bidding war cause that will put you years behind on a return.
I found the system interesting but was bored with the characters and story. I don’t remember how far I got in, but I think I played about 40 hours, a lot of which was side quests because I lost my way from the main story at some point.
I remember seeing a video when I was in 6th grade, early 90s, about a lady having brain surgery, and they had to touch parts of her brain and she would recall memories...
Here you go. Canada Heritage Moments. We used to play a drinking game in university where you quote another heritage moment. If you don't know it you have to drink. I got a few people with "I smell burnt toast!"
When you frame everything as my team vs other team and don't care about truth, you get exactly the divided country we have today. Try looking at things as true vs untrue regardless of politics instead. You will be surprised how much your life improves.
I do prefer First Age middle earth over Third. The stories are more interesting and fantastical to me. I read Silm a few years ago and since have read B&L, FoG, CoH.
This is also my recommendation, but I personally started with LttP and would highlight it as an easy first entry. Then try Oot then Botw. If you’re not liking one then you can just move onto the next. These 3 games cover the range of what kind of gameplay Zelda has to offer.
But not until we’ve given a failing party far too many terms and instilled the idea in politicians that consequences are far down the road, so you don’t have to get anything done until 8 years from first being elected.
Thyne works very well with pork and chicken but man when I’m cooking something beef centric like a roast, beef stew or the like, thyme makes that beef taste so buttery and extra beefy.
Currently roasting beets and carrots. When they’re nearly done i’ll be tossing them in balsmic vinegar, honey and butter for another 5 minutes of roasting, then generously seasoned with… Thyme.
Eh, I'd say that the mod philosophy has been to not gatekeep who gets to be called an "actual fan", and the vast majority of enforcement here has been removing comments that do this (on both sidesofthe aisle). Unfortunately though none of the mods have been especially active, and enforcement tends to be reactive to reports, usually only several days later.
I understand your take, and I'll say that some of the comments you're describing do get removed here, just probably not as many of them as you'd like, and also probably only after you've already seen them.
Should read knot holes. Is there a paint I can use to cover the milky look? It still need another 1/4” of resin poured to level out the hole. It is completely hardened at this point.
Hmm… I would probably chisel the bubbled areas out while trying to not chip away any wood then guff up the rest of the surface with sandpaper and repour.
I don’t know what the original post was, but whenever I played FFIX I named Vivi Goobler for some reason.

Maybe when i reach the undying lands and smooth talk to Tulkas and Eru, my fellow mellon.
How do you rate each age for interesting material?
First: Love it 100/10 Second: it is not so much as first and third but it has alot of cool scenarios so 9.9/10 Third: 10/10

A couple of things to remember:
Had to sort by controversial to find the most reasonable response.
Yes it is a terrible situation. The ignorance on the right is breathtaking. I’ll settle for the middle at this point.
I’ve been disappointed a few times with the intolerance of some hyper-unreasonable people who happen to ascribe to the political left. Then i’ve felt the same way about some of my family on the right.
I love the Children of Hurin.
If you’re looking for a good story, I wouldn’t play a Nintendo game.

Your saying the housing market outpaces the S&P500?
S&P historic rates are 10%, so no.
Oh, you don’t use inflation adjusted figures. That makes more sense.

Objectively is the new literally.
DO NOT! FUCKING! INCREASE! AMORTIZATION PERIODS!!!!

Membership card then horn. Others may be right about Hand if Green, though.
Here is what chatgtp thinks of this resident troll
Wow. This is amazing that we can get ChatGPT to do this.

I sort of agree. I agree that being tribal becomes divisive and harms the quality of discourse.
My brother told me I have to come with him to see a game. It was selling in a discount bin at the dollar store. I bought it for cheap.
I know most of y’all are going to the room of requirement to get a girlfriend.

If you have a Switch and want an open world experience do Breath of the Wild.

Does anybody here have any high quality photos taken from the camera on the fin?
Canadians don’t vote people in, we vote people out.

I don’t know if it’s under rated, but I love Thyme.

I just realized you might be right, so i’ll amend my point and try to articulate it better.

I imagine you guys probably have a shared xcel spreadsheet where you log usernames and their comments?
Anyways, I have the Ninten PFP, what about y'all?
New Age Retro Hippy. Or whatever the Mother 1 equivalent was.
