  1. She doesn't need counters. Hope isn't remotely OP. She gives conditional extra late game energy. That's it. A lot of the time, you don't even have the use for the extra energy.

  2. That's a nice new feature. I feel like I've gotten a lot better at recognizing bots this season, so it's due.

  3. This variant is everything. So excited it’ll also give me an avatar I actually want to use for once.

  4. They can't really do an album unless they do new versions of them since all of the Phoenix Five up until Cyclops were part of bundles or were season pass cards. And I think most of the other Phoenix versions of cards (Jean, Shang Chi, or Echo are the ones I can think of offhand) were Spotlights or Bundles.

  5. Net decking is going online to look for a popular deck and copying that. But since that's not particularly helpful, I'll give you a question to hopefully help with your deck.

  6. What would you recommend to change out because I was initially doing more move but I wanted bigger power and more tech so I added in gladiator and others what do you recommend if I want to change out the move stuff

  7. I'd definitely cut Green Goblin (and probably Enchantress and Ms. Marvel). If you're going to lean into moving your opponent's cards, Polaris and Miles are pretty solid additions (both are cheap 5 power and Polaris can trigger Kraven).

  8. Are you dropping because of big losses? Or because of just not winning enough matches?

  9. It might've been better with the Guardians buffs. But not definitely. But the 5 cost Adam Warlock is just completely worthless in any situation because he shouldn't be included in any decks. They could give him 8 power and he wouldn't be worth it. He's a 5 cost card that reads essentially "draw 1 card sometimes", so you're probably only going to get a max draw of 1 card from him and you have no guarantee that you need that final card. He's a dead card in your hand most of the game.

  10. He's good, but always seems like the 13th card to me. But his stock is probably going up next week with War Machine's release.

  11. Oh shit. I didn't consider playing him into a sanctum or something like that.

  12. Yeah. Though worse is that we'll probably be seeing "T3 Storm, T4 War Machine, T5 Legion" as a regular thing soon.

  13. But how does having 1 extra every turn 6 help that much? You can drop a 6 cost and a 1 cost or a 5 cost and a 2 cost...

  14. Playing a 4 power card on turn 3 isn't really much of a drawback. She's not amazing in every deck, but she's generally not a bad play on T3. And with her, you get to adjust your curve so you can play a 6-cost card (usually most deck's centerpiece card) on turn 5. And then again on turn 6. Or in specific decks, she can be downright amazing. For example, in Surfer, she's a 3 cost card that gives you an extra play on 5 if you don't pull Sera.

  15. Most people I've seen seem to think that the emote is a better value than the variants, avatars, and boosters. I mean, the boosters are generally not worth anything. And if you're not going to use either of the variants (Okoye and Nakia don't have a ton of decks). And you may have other avatars you like more.

  16. There's a good chance this'll show in the In-Game shop. It wasn't part of a pay-for bundle, so it'll likely show up in your shop down the road for gold and it's one of the best Thor variants out there. You just won't get it for free since you missed a few of the login days.

  17. Because you don't know what you're going to get before you play them. So you play Iron Lad and it hits something like Mystique (right after you played something that wasn't an Ongoing). Or Jubilee pulls Iron Man, but now Jubilee is taking a spot in the lane that you don't need doubled (double Jubilee's 1 is 2 power).

  18. You less likely to hit something usless like mystique like 1/8 times tho

  19. Not really. No. If you're talking about a plain Tribunal-based Deck, you've got a LOT of bad pulls for both. You really just fish with them for the combo pieces. Jubilee in particularly already weakens that lane that you really want to build up. So something like a Super Skrull against a deck w/ no Ongoings or a Ravonna are not things you want to pull from Jubilee usually (Iron Lad, it's a little bit more livable, but is a waste of 4 energy for an ability that you might not need and he only helps dig on the final turn of the game).

  20. Are you still logged in? I minimize and mute the tab every time and haven't had an issue. The only thing that it's ever seemed to look for was 1) that I was logged in and 2) that I had a SNAP stream open.

  21. I know your collection level is still relatively low, but the best cards to get for this deck appear to be Loki, Zabu, and possibly Mockingbird (all S4/S5 cards). But Loki is the biggest boost to this deck.

  22. I'd suggest adding Hope and Wong. Cutting Rhino and something else (maybe Cosmo or Killmonger).

  23. I think one of the things that people are objecting to with what you said is the "if you just dont have the counter for cards you missed for nearly over a year".

  24. You've got 2 keys, so there's no guarantee that you'll get any given card from any spotlight and none of the cards in the spotlights in the near term are on your list of "need".

  25. Just something you like. The Featured Mystery Variant could give you almost anything and the chances of it being something you specifically like are pretty low.

  26. Yondu is absolutely disruptive if you're playing against Phoenix. Can't remember how many games I've lost to Yondu playing Phoenix (but it's many).

  27. Not much. Basically, originally the plan was that this week was supposed to be Mockingbird, Ms. Marvel and Man-Thing. However, there was a patch planned for the first week of the season and it got delayed a week. At some other point, Ms. Marvel got switched out of the week with Ghost-Spider from week 3. However, while that switch was put in the patch, it wasn't applied to the old code.

  28. They likely wanted to pump interest in week 3. Most of the YouTubers were saying that of the month's cards, Cannonball was the weakest (though this was before they buffed his ability). Mixing him with 2 series 4 cards (Kitty and Ghost Spider, one of which was given to the entire playerbase at one point) was pretty much leaving Week 3 as a skip for most of the playerbase. So they swapped in Ms. Marvel which is a highly sought after card.

  29. I think he'll be hilarious when you've played Yondu, Mantis, or Cable and then him to Kamar Taj and the lowest cost card in their now nearly empty deck is an Infinaut.

  30. Yeah, I didn't expect the changes to all 3 of those in the patch (or any of them really), but Zemo gets a little better with the Cable/Yondu changes (though Mantis doesn't help that any longer).

  31. I think everyone would love that... other than SD who I don't think would consider that on the table as an option.
