If you have an S Corp, you don't get UI in the way you think you do. You get it, but since you were an employee of your S CORP, your company is ultimately responsible for paying the unemployed you. It's not like you have to write a check to yourself, but basically the way it was explained to me is that they just take more out of your taxes to make up for the $ you are paying yourself. Short answer - don't do it if you have an S Corp.
I just had this issue today! I have another a6600 that I use with a Sony E PZ 18-105mm F4 G OSS and that one does not over heat so I'm thinking it's a lens issue? Maybe the sigma is not meant for long video recording.

I guess he didn't get it tuned up at all. Now I am trying to get him to lower the price based on the things I have to get fixed.

I don't know about DR40 but I've got a DR40X and to do what you want to do I change the recording mode to 4CH and select EXT INDEP. for EXT IN option. If you leave it as EXT IN L/R, it will treat XLR inputs as one stereo input, a mono input for the left channel and another mono input for the right channel.
Between the fact Hunter X Hunter is primarily written by a single person and that absolutely nobody sees Killua and Alluka's relationship as anything weirder than a normal sibling bond, yeah, you were that off.

How does the iTunes top 200 list work? My friend’s podcast was recently featured on the comedy top 200 but I know she only gets about 500 a week. I’m at 5k-6k a week but can’t seem to get their attention. Any info would be appreciated!
One way to approach is to treat your content creation--whether it's a podcast, blog, YouTube channel, etc.--as a media. It's a way to attract prospects and customers, not a business in and of itself.

We have a live show we do once a month where we sell tickets and a good amount of change coming from Patreon so far. Obviously it's not turning over a huge profit, but that's not really our goal at this point - we just wanted to look into LLP/LLC since there is steady "revenue" coming in. Any tips on LLP vs LLC?
I'm not an expert on this, but i have a friend from near frostburg who lives in NYC and she takes what she calls "the chinatown bus" to hagerstown (about an hour east of frostburg) then gets a ride the rest of the way. it's been awhile but i'm pretty sure the bus is dirt cheap (like 30 bucks or something).

Nope. It comes from the last employer. Although I'm not familiar with your situation i can say its usually for w2 based employees.
I am a w2 employee of my s corp (I use gusto). The TV show would pay my s corp, then I would pay myself using gusto.

I usually just put it in S mode for 5 seconds
what exactly is S mode? I have it but doesn't that mean I have to manually control the gear shifts using the paddles?
