  14. Generally, I'd say searching completed listings on eBay might give you an idea, like if you were able to figure out who signed them (for example "Robin Yount auto") and then add that to what a normal program from 82 would sell for.

Finding the true value of anything that appears valuable requires a lot of patience as long as you're willing to spend your time & energy researching each individual item or a group of related items by either using online resources or physical (libraries, museum archives, etc). In some cases when you're stuck or simply lack the time & patience you can approach an expert specialising in a particular field. Some auction houses offer free valuation/appraisal. Bonhams might be a good choice if you think your item is worth at least a grand. Some smaller houses provide free valuation too, although they are not always correct and might either undervalue or overvalue the things in your possession. You can also post photos on this forum and elsewhere and see if other people can help.
