  1. I can’t remember! I think they were just hanging out. All I remember is they had really good energy, like the kind of people who just make you feel comfortable and happy to be around

  2. Yeah that's what I was worried about, I didn't want to make it awkward I just wanted to let them know I hope we're not a difficult fandom - this is the perfect thing to say

  3. šŸ³ļøā€āš§ļøcolors? 🄹 They look great!

  4. Nah. I think aya is significantly better. Much more spiritual than simply tripping.

  5. I think it’s mostly power of suggestion with Ayahuasca as far as being ā€œmore spiritualā€ goes

  6. The twitter account for one of the more active ones is

  7. As said, there is a mix of emoji origins. Sometimes the idol themselves will request that the fandom changes it. For instance I heard they that j-hope didn’t like šŸ¦„ and said his face is much more like a squirrel than a horse so now it’s šŸæļø

  8. Based on looks/vibe I guess and I think it’s a mix of both, and when they change it’s because the image or tastes of the idol changes and grows?

  9. Yeah it was a tiger because of something he said years ago and after winter bear came out it was questioned if he should be a bear instead and I think he said himself ā€œbothā€ at one point and now bear seems to have won

  10. The Western bias people have thinking that things like this are common knowledge worldwide is striking. How many people in high school in the US learned about the extent of Japanese imperialism before and during World War II, outside of events in which America was directly involved? As such, I would not except the European front of World War II to be a focus in Korean schools when they were literally being occupied and r*ped/murdered/enslaved by the Japanese while it was happening. Keeping in mind that Chaeyoung debuted at 16, making school a secondary focus for her likely before the bulk of these events are covered, and I think it’s 100% reasonable that she was uneducated here. It’s like if you wore something with the rising sun flag on it in the West hardly anyone would bat an eye, but wear it in Korea and you’ll get the same reaction as someone donning a swastika in the West. People need to realize that World War II is contextualized entirely differently in the East (with Japan as the ā€œbig badā€ rather than Germany) than it is here.

  11. In the west, the Rising Sun symbol is considered just a cool looking Japanese thing. In the 1980s clothes and head bands printed with them was a heavy metal or punk look and pretty popular. I hate to say how old I was before I realized it was the equivalent of a Nazi swastika.

  12. I didn’t like it that time they had the livestreamed fan meet concert (I think it was Chocolate Shop) and Felix went on a crying jag to during the closing ment the point he couldn’t talk or sing. He really needed to be given a gatorade to replenish the salt and fluids from crying so much and a little bit of space but instead they made it into this ā€œd’aww he loves Stay so muchā€ moment and kept the cameras on him so it just didn’t stop. And when the concert was over Changbin carried/dragged/hugged him to the dressing rooms and he was still crying and begging them to cut the cameras but they kept showing it

  13. I didn’t like it that time they had the livestreamed fan meet concert (I think it was Chocolate Shop) Maniac Seoul D2 and Felix went on a crying jag to during the closing ment the point he couldn’t talk or sing. He really needed to be given a gatorade to replenish the salt and fluids from crying so much and a little bit of space but instead they made it into this ā€œd’aww he loves Stay so muchā€ moment and kept the cameras on him so it just didn’t stop. 14. Yes. I don't think people realize how crying sometimes turns into an uncontrollable reflex. You may not even be sad anymore but you're agitated or insert other intense or negative emotion and it just makes the water works continue. I've experienced this before in drama class and it is not fun. It actually scared me from any drama acting because crying with no true or real emotion attached to it is infuriating which makes the crying continue. Lord.

  15. Not to mention idols’ blood sugar levels are probably somewhere around the mantle of the earth after a performance considering they always diet when they have ab flashing in the choreography. So we’re supposed to be looking at adorable baby overwhelmed with love for his fandom and I’m just trying to jump through my screen to give him gatorade and a chair because he’s obviously in physiological distress

  16. Be prepared to dance in case you need to and practice beforehand but don’t let it discourage you. They are looking for people who have potential to bloom with training more than they need someone perfect right out of the box.

  17. I keep wondering about this too. I saw their concert and he sang a song during the ments/costume change - the boy can really sing

  18. /uj I was waiting for the kpoopheads post on this thank you for delivering

  19. It's especially funny when you remember that there was once a long running joke in both fandoms about Jimin and Jeongyeon having beef

  20. But sis, he's still got dopamine left in TT! 😭

  21. Those are great! I love their music a lot too

  22. Traitor has been giving me sharp stabbing pains all day 😔

  23. I'm Autistic and have pretty bad social anxiety, so one of the reasons I like concerts is that absolutely no one is paying attention to me lol. Everyone will be focused on SKZ and busy dancing/singing/screaming etc., you kind of become invisible in the crowd. As long as you're being respectful to the people around you, you can act however you want! No one will think you're an idiot, and I don't think people will judge you for being older either. I've been to 2 of their shows, SKZ have a pretty diverse audience.

  24. Tangent: Same, I feel like there's a lot of autists in the kpop fandoms. I like that they start on time and end on time and have a specific rhythm to them and that it's not that unusual to go alone or at least not be able to sit by your friends. A big interesting spectacle of controlled chaos that feels safe is really nice for me

  25. I'm 58 and yes, I yell and jump around, but I can't do standing/GA/pit anymore, I need to have my seat to take a little break when I need to

  26. /uj that would be an excellent bargain

  27. /uj I high fived him through a sheet of plastic last year and we had a little eye contact moment and ever since then whenever I get sad I remember that I've truly lived a good life

  28. Am I the only one who likes Sticker in a non-ironic way?

  29. /uj It’s so good, my timeline is scrambling all over itself to write full dissertations with diagrams about how and why it is so good. We haven’t had this much peace in the fandom since BE or even 7

  30. It’s obvious twice unnies released the better set me free so jiman was left with the scraps

  31. I don't think it's gonna be the f bombs you're gonna have to be worried about tbh. Like what if Yoongi's album is the freakie deakie one?

  32. What if Yoongi got his shoulder fixed so that Jimin could give him lessons in shrugging his jacket off?

  33. Can OnlyOneOf join that agency and be together over there instead of 8D?
