When you see a company like that listed as “owning shares” it isn’t actually the company owning it, but rather they hold the shares that their customers have purchased via their funds and they own those shares in their personal investment/retirement/etc accounts. They just administer the funds, they aren’t actual shareholders in a company like Disney.

I look for a low rsi. I check to see if the stock is on a steady incline on the one hour and I want a rating of buy or strong buy. I also like to see the EPS near zero or more. I also google for reverse splits on the stock and I won’t touch it if I find anything. Thats just my two cents and I am a novice.

The reverse split is a great point I haven't seen brought up in this thread. A lot of stocks are enticing until you look at the all-time chart
