  1. If anyone wants to get some free time with it, as the original poster, do feel free to use my referral code, if you do decide to subscribe to it. I think it might give you three months free

  2. If it's like some of the other TC models there's a lot of moving parts inside that probably need a thorough cleaning to remove all the old grease that's dried up. If you've got the time (potentially many hours), it would probably only cost you a bottle of isopropyl,a thing of lithium grease, and a new tape to get it moving again, but potential electrical issues could be a mess to deal with.

  3. would i be able to use this machine for tape delay? So far i've only managed to get live monitoring out of the outputs, so whenever the tape is running, you don't actually hear the playhead, you just hear the signal going through the preamp, hence when you feedback, it just creates a messy feedback noise. I've tried using headphone out, ext out, lid speakers out, no luck.

  4. You should remove the front panel, which involves removing the selector knob, the speed selector, the pause tab, the head cover, two support posts for the head cover (that act as additional fasteners) and three screws: two in the reels area and one on the forward edge of the front panel under the head cover.

  6. Love that they fancily color corrected a goofy mirror pic

  7. The melody or The kinda droney glassy legato note?

  8. Ok ok thanks so all the chords are basically the same minor 9 just on different notes/roots

  9. That's a familiar technique actually I remember this producer who blew up on titkok (dr gabba I think) showed his technique - he created a stab with the M1 piano with a minor 9 chord then he just put the root note in the piano roll and used the stab he made as a one-shot

  10. Exactly, classic sound. Synths like the alpha juno are famous for being part of that wave.

  11. Juno 106 pad 100%. It would take me 20 seconds to get that sound on that synth. It’s that chorus, slight wow, and highcut saw square combo.

  12. They may be referring to the two bars that hold the batteries in place. Mine does that too due to a slight defect in the metal, making it not completely round, causing the battery to shift around. I haven't found a perfect solution other than using something like a twist tie to clamp the two bars together more firmly

  13. I have 14 Pocket Operators, its usually the metal bars squeezing the batteries. Like the other guys said, take the batteries out, bend the metal bars inward a little and put the batteries back. I’ve done this with 2-3 POs already. No issues since, put a frikin case on it too. I have cases on all mine, it’s either a cased table only musical instrument or a uncased dispensable travel toy that makes noise, up to you.

  14. Do You mean like The contact points On either side of The battery or The things that hold The batteries in place? Did You just do it with your hands?

  15. check out the new 2023 live release of it, fresh colour’s

  16. ZQM says:

Not a problem boss, I’ll get on it when I get home

  17. Well you c can try to ask bob on openAi-bot.com, It’s basically chatgpt4 connected to the internet with long term memory 😅 -disclaimer I’m the creator -edit: typo

  18. It doesen't work right now. Too much traffic. Or is it just me?

  19. Is microtuner playing the notes? I’m confused. Can it only receive midi and then change tonalities or also play weird random sequences in the western tuning system like in your song? I really wanna incorporate random sequences like this in my music. Sounds like twin as someone else already mentioned.

  20. Hi, microtuner is only re-tuning the notes that i input to it, it does not generate notes by itself

  21. Oh ok. Thanks for replying! Did you draw in notes manually or do you have some sort of sequencer?

  22. It's this one. Bought it a few years ago.

  23. Does it do anything worthwhile or should i save money?

  24. Blurry line in The middle needs to go imo

  25. Its a Raspberry Pi connected to a Raspberry Pi Camera and an SKR Pico 3D Printer Board to control the motors

  26. Are there guides On how to make this? Have an Old pi lying around.

  27. Man people in here really are something.

  28. Could you find an srt file to download and text search the quote to inspect its timestamp?

  29. when opening an srt file with notepad++ this is all there is:

  30. So that quote starts at timestamp 4:38

  31. No clue The file was weird. You solved it for me!

  32. I made the one based off the u87 (as well as the c414 now) and it's the best sounding mic I own by far, plus it feels really good that all the time I spent practicing soldering and then building it payed off.

  33. How do i do this? Is there a kit available?

  34. I think you're onto something. I want to add that the whole movie is realistic but in an absurd sense. In real life crazy shit happens for no discernable reason, coincidences and things that make you second guess the logic of how its all connected even though it really isnt that much.

  35. Real talk though, i don’t see anything wrong with recognizing metaphors in art and expanding ones consciousness within those - but i hate this rhetoric of looking at art like it’s some sort of puzzlegame where there’s an intended objective meaning behind everything. I feel like it discredits art that isn’t consistent of hidden meanings. I hate the way school makes overanalyzing stuff somehow intellectual. This very mindset has time and time again poisoned my valuation of art and intuition. I find myself trying so hard to have depth and hidden meaning in my art, when in reality, there doesn’t even have to be. Can we please just have say, a black tree because it looks cool, and not because there has to be some hidden meaning?

  36. I bet you smell like pee🔥🔥🔥

  37. Tbf bro just don’t slide the notes, I don’t even do slides no more

  38. I don’t even do drill unironically i just always wanted to do a beat like ghosty

  39. Can't really do it the same way on Ableton the way one can do it on FL studio.

  40. So weird to me. There must’ve been someone who figured it out

  41. Yeah I think her newest album is my favorite of hers actually. Really cool to see her music change over time.
