I had the 2824-2. I had no problem with it. Sometimes the decorated rotor are too heavy to wind and you must replace it with a simple one. Mine was OK. I thought SW-200 option was too expensive before. Then I received the watch and saw the quality of it. The watch quality and finish is totally worth the price IMO. If I knew that, I would certainly have taken the SW200 for my peace of mind.
Is it really NWBIG? I am really debating as I had one (gen) and sold it now I want it again. Should I save few thousand bucks getting this, never handled CF reps in hand

This was pretty much the same. The clasp of the gen was even less detailed than the CF. Crystal on the gen is clearer though.
So 39 Explorer CF with silenced rotor and better crystal is NWBIG?
