It does not work. All online indian payments that I tried needs Pin codes which international cards don't have.
I didn't have the problem when I used my credit card. While adding it into payment option, it just asked for CVV.

Afaik it works without internet as well. Just turnoff all the WiFi and data. I can be wrong though, it’s been long since I used the app.
