Ayaka C0 glued to her premium team and good abyss lineup while Neuv C0 just power wash, he is way above her and the only team she could match is her premium team. HT and Raiden are infamous with their own C1 and C2 to be Tier 0 carry. Haitham is Haitham
I would say he is a bit overhyped due to his incredible c6 which competes with c6 yelan and the fact that he is very much a fan favorite which means much more pulls (And cons) than usual
Do you have Albedo? if so, you can try substituting him as a shielder in place of Zhongli. Though you might lose some of his juicy Elemental DMG because you will be building him with high EM instead of DEF for more thicc crystallized shields. With him you can have a Rainbow Team which will always give you 3 stacks on his A1 passive + Petra DMG buff on him.
Terrify armor strip makes the ult scale a bit as for survivability its just the usual brief respite setup or the double augur mods on a utility secondary weapon
Fully agree. With D.va matrix, flux, suzu, Zarya bubble, reaper wraith, Moira fade, Genji deflect, Sombra trans locator, tracer recall, and probably more I just can’t think of because it’s early
Add zen ult to that as well, the explosion part is slow and zen healing is extremely fast also moira if she is paying attention could probably counter with her burst healing although i will admit that is more difficult but still doable

Yes you can run something live neuv/beidou (c1 shield) and albedo with kazuha
Problem with Lavos is that for majority he's "too clunky to use"
