  1. Id recommend either the Toyota Sienna limited/platinum or the Honda Pilot Elite

  2. I'm not comfortable towing or going down a boat ramp with those.

  3. I should explain a little more. Modern Lexus is doing just enough to make their perceived reliability enough to keep their sales. They have zero interest in competing on available content right now. Unfortunately, it’s working for them.

  4. I guess that third row at this price point is enough for now.

  5. OP sounds like a typical sophomoric automotive journalist. In fact, suspiciously similar. Air suspension is unreliable and incredibly expensive. Sunroofs (esp Pano) add weight to the top of the car (where you absolutely don't want it), plus they are prone to leaks and mechanical failure. If it wasn't for low info car buyers and even lower info car reviewers, sunroofs would be rare.

  6. That's a really wild thing to say and mean it.

  7. why do u need air suspension? Our TX rides great - just drove it 1,000 miles on a road trip - super comfortable - more so than our previous RX, MDX, X5, etc

  8. Because I want to spend money on the comfort.

  9. That’s not my experience. Not sure what year Q7 you saw - the second row seats do move back and forward.

  10. I'm not sure what you're trying to say about the seats. I'm saying that the Q7 has the smallest third row in its class (matching the MDX) and it's uncomfortable, and that it gave me a small panic attack when the second bench seats were in their normal position.

  11. I see your point. I thought you were saying that MDX has more leg room in 3rd row because 2nd row seats can be moved forward if needed.

  12. The new thing this year is the grand highlander and lexus tx adding two more inches of leg and head room to the third row compared to any other mid sized suv, while keeping the already larger second row.

  13. Litter Robot/Whisker told me today that they do not recommend crystal litter for the LR4. Their reasoning is that the litter is white/clear and the sensors cannot detect it properly. I've had my LR4 for 5 days now and the motor has quit. When I contacted LR, they told me this new revelation about the crystal litter. Luckily, it's still under warranty, but I can't help but think that all of the "motor fault" warnings I was getting was because of the crystal litter. I'd be wary about using it now that LR is stating it's not recommended. May void your warranty.

  14. 5 days? That's a lemon. However, our motor quit after a year too and was warrantied. I wonder if the litter is heavier or if it gets stuck inside, it hurts the motor more.

  15. Okay, that's more what I was expecting. Thanks for all the info!

  16. Yeah, it doesn't seem to get the weight right with the crystal litter. But I walk past it whenever I feed our cats. I top it off every few days.

  17. I don’t believe the MDX Type S or the Q7 have spare tires. Run flat tires don’t give me much assurance so that was a deal killer for me. I’m on the waitlist for a TX 500h Luxury.

  18. A tow truck call once every 5 years seems worth it for every other day you're driving it with a pano roof and air suspension.

  19. Nice! I guess the 4-wheel steering makes it feel smaller than it is. Go for the Lexus then, it's the most reliable and will have the lowest depreciation.

  20. I'm actually having second thoughts due to the tx500h missing features like air suspension and massage seats.

  21. Imo you would like the Lincoln Aviator, one of the upper trims with air suspension and double glass. Just like MDX the Aviator gets a refresh for the 2025 model year (will arrive at dealers soon). Btw until the 2023 model year the Aviator offered an optional, more powerful PHEV version ("Grand Touring" trim). There are still a few leftovers at dealers offered with discounts, list with ~200 dealer ads (there might be a few more on autotrader):

  22. Also test drive a BMW X7, based on what you wrote so far you might like it the most.

  23. I would but I heard that the 3rd row seat is really poor, and I can't stand the idea of driving a bmw. I hear it's the best driving of them all but I stick to my model 3 performance for that kick. I can't believe how fun that car is and at its price. After testing all of these it was reinforced even more.

  24. Wow. The Los Angeles subreddit deleted this.

  25. The metabisulfate has bound the pigment. I’ve had this with several wines before, such as rhubarb which was a lovely pink. Added a campden tablet and within an hour, the wine was colourless. Here you’ve removed the red/pink pigment with the campden tablet, leaving the colour of the cider

  26. Oh wow, ok. If that's true then the weird part is that I used 3 or 4 tablets before this. This would have been the 5th. This might also explain why there's still a little color left.

  27. Acura MDX Type-S and Lincoln Aviator are available with air suspension.

  28. And double paned glass? I'll probably try out an MDX and then a CX90 PHEV. I tried a Q7 and it felt alright. I might just never like how mid sized SUVs feel to drive around. They're big and boaty.

  29. Regarding MDX they just revealed the big 2025 model year refresh, a big improvement, new tech and better noise insulation, quieter. Afaik you can already get on the waiting list for the new 2025 model MDX Type-S.

  30. Thanks for the info. I just did a little comparison of the MDX and CX-90 PHEV here:

  31. Is this a troll post? Who assesses the merits of a 3 row SUV based on acceleration…?

  32. Luckily for me, my balls still tickle when I hit 1+ G's.

  33. It sounds like you transferred to the secondary before fermentation was complete. I know don’t really know because bc you didn’t take any gravity readings, and it’s good that you noted that you need to do that going forward. if memory serves you, you can’t put too much pectic enzyme in so I would definitely keep doing that, as well as swirl up that yeast and see if you can help them finish up even if you did already sorbate the batches.

  34. It tasted pretty good between primary and secondary. It was definitely still slightly sweet compared to the fully fermented raspberry version. I even liked the tongue feel the pectin gave. The problem is that I put potassium sorbate in the secondary to prevent any further yeast from forming. Now I realize it wasn't done fermenting in the first place.

  35. Your pump probably ran dry and is having trouble pulling water. The plumbing connection has a metal mesh filter that is now likely clogged so the machine can't pull from the mains and it will not do so from the tank because it is dry. I would start there, get yourself a new of these mesh filters and exchange that. You likely have a lot of the white stuff in the machine, so letting it run a lot (without shower screen and hot water spout) is likely needed, but should be fine.

  36. Ok, I'm going to check that. However, it never ran completely dry. Is this still a possibility if so?

  37. The pump sits before the boilers, if the mesh filter is blocked that can also happen.

  38. Scott Hall was by no way Natty attainable. The people saying he is are looking at him in a vacuum.

  39. Exactly on point about his physique and proportions. One lucky mf'er. His legs were extra long with smaller hips and knees went bad, though.

  40. Do you know how hard it would be to make an AI for any single class and spec in wow?

  41. My theory is that it's a low dopamine thing. I've had issues with issues known to be related to that for my whole life. ADHD, mood issues, tremors, focus and exhaustion/cloudy head issue.

  42. Check your reading comprehension on the first sentence. Also check the mob types and echo modifiers.

  43. Honestly man you’re build seems incredibly inefficient. I’m running a frostnado build doing way more damage than you with the same defenses(not using totems).I’m running summon spriggan for the crit and spell damage aura.

  44. Crit doesn't affect dots so you must be doing a different build.

  45. You're speaking to a forensic expert who both uses and implements these tools. You've seen some of the incident response cases I've ran in the news. I'd take eBPF over osquery (and any disk based artifacts) any day.

  46. eBPF is literally a hook in the kernel. It can monitor anything a linux kernel does, including any activity that happens to create the artifacts on disk that osquery can query later, but much more, including looking at memory as it's paged to find thing like memory-only malware or attacks.

  47. When a cross dressing hooker propositioned my college class for cocaine by yelling to us from across the street on cass. Then watching my 75 year old professor yell at her to FUCK OFF BITCH!

  48. One thing that frustrates me on regular monos is why do I have to do the quest line to face off the boss, if I don't feel up to empowered monos I feel double punished for beign too weak for empowered monos that I have to do all the quests over and over again to do the boss on regular monos.

  49. I feel like it's really hard to be stuck in normal monos.

  50. I don’t get why anyone makes build guides without a video on how it plays — the most important part

  51. You know Last Epoch has made it when people start spreading bad builds.

  52. You need to lower smite's mana cost to zero with firestarters torch or similar. Secondly, you do no spec into smite's fissure with this. You AOE will come from the top right fire path in the buff skill I can't remember the name of right now.
