WHOA. Based on the title, thatās not where I expected this to go. OOP is in a horrible situation, but doing exactly what she needs to do for her boys. Something is horribly wrong with her stepdaughter, and frankly, her husband too
Get an annulment. She has committed fraud by entering a marriage contract and not telling you her true orientation. Youāve not consummated, get an annulment.
Iām not one for clubbing, Iāve only been a couple of times but thereās no way I would have answered the phone in one. I never would have heard anything.
YTA - you talk about the world not revolving around her, but her wedding day DOES. I think you think the world revolves around you and your tastes, but it does not. Either wear the dress the bride picks or drop from the wedding. Youāre being selfish.
Make sure you check state laws if you want to teach some subjects solely in a different language, some states require all core subjects be taught in English.
My husband grew up wealthy and was an only child. All of his friends in his neighborhood were only children or had 1 sibling. Only one family had 3 kids and they were known as the ābig familyā. This was also true for his school friends in a similar income bracket. Both of his closest best friends were only chicken. The wealthy, but not mega wealthy had small families back then. So I donāt find it weird that the rich families were one and done. But I also feel like I knew more only children back when I was a kid in the 80ās and 90ās than I meet now. I only know 2 only child families, and both of the moms had fertility problems, so it wasnāt on purpose.
I absolutely adored this show. It didnāt try to be accurate at all, so I watched it as complete fantasy. So trashy and epically bad. Such a guilty pleasure, especially with Catherine de Medici, such a villain and hero by turn. She steals every scene.
Thatās about the time the writers flee the writers room and whoever is left standing which are the worst writers finishes the show. Itās so Netflix it makes me barf.
TBH I feel like the writers punished the characters because Melissa got pregnant in real life. They handled it SO badly. A fake vasectomy and massive lie feels out of character for Jackson.
Well at the very least at switching jobs and having better mental and physical health seems like a good thing even if your wife resents you for it. Some women would love a guy thatās home more, but seems like the one your with likes more money.
Iād agree, however the stress from a 50% pay cut is also huge unless he was making high 6 figures. And he didnāt discuss it with her, he just did it. Iād be pissed at my husband too.
We love it! It was perfect for my 3 year old (now 4) who had FOMO over not being in school with her sisters. I think the Preschool stories are great, itās the Primer ones that are darker fairytales. She memorized the character qualities and catechisms with ease.
Did you start with the pre-reading level or Level 1? I fear she's in between. She knows all her letter sounds and can sound out simple CVC words. I'm wanting something that is a little bit more advanced than pre-reading, but a little bit less advanced than just jumping right in and going for it.
Hello!!! Fellow SBC here! I was actually a homeschooled PK (my dad attended Southwestern and Luther Rice for his masters and doctorate), I now homeschool my kids who are wrapping up 2nd grade, pre-K, and preschool, then thereās a tagalong 15 month old.
Wow! This is amazing!! I'm actually taking notes on all this and will go over it all with my husband later. This is so comprehensive!! Thank you so much, and God Bless you and your beautiful family ā¤ļøāļø
Iām hoping itās the lighting but that jam looks yucky. My sis in law makes a phenomenal strawberry jam. We horde, fight over it and steal it from each other as was we run out. Itās a beautiful strawberry color, ARO looks a little brown. Like I said I hope itās the lighting.
Homeschooling with a baby is decently easy if you school during nap time. Itās the toddler years that are harder (but still doable). My kids are 8, 6, 4, and 15 months.
Are any of you concerned that your kids will have limited opportunities because of homeschooling? Like never being into college, let alone a graduate program?

Or, maybe, just spit balling here, answer the damn phone?

We are not to be unequally yoked.

It was a CW show.
Canāt fathom why his wife kicked him out.
We cleared debt and live small on one income. I cook as much as possible and we donāt do big fancy vacations.

Beautiful, but not formal enough. You need a floor length gown.
This reads like
NTA - if marriage means something to you and your culture, but you wouldnāt marry him, then DUMP him. Good riddance to stale bread.

Gentle + Classical. Itās for ages 2-4 and lovely.
So donāt budgeā¦say no, and donāt budge.

They have a placement test on their site!

Youāre welcome! God bless your family and ministry!!!
Create a transcript and apply for college.
YTA - youāre thinking of ending your entire family life because she bragged about the amazing sex sheās having with you?

A lady in our homeschool co-op makes the best jam Iāve ever put in my mouth, and itās the most gorgeous ruby red color.
So thereās only 50 and theyāre sending out some as PR? Does this mean they expect their strawberry puree to fail?

No.
How can she lay down on her pregnant belly? Like in that picture. Itās not normal
I assumed this was an old photo, thereās no way she could, itās wildly uncomfortable and not great for baby.
