Yeah I feel ya on that..I'm a welder and periodically look over other local positions offering work, starting between 19-24$ hour, requiring multiple certifications, several years of experience of course...etc...employers really have lost their perspective on the value of an individual.
First of all - congrats for making a positive change! I actually love to cook but it’s getting expensive out there…I love to make soup but that can be tedious and time consuming from scratch (especially for someone who doesn’t cook). Here’s what I do sometimes:
