They really are beautiful, so I understand why people brought them here. I just see far to many popping up along roads and waterways. I had one pop up along the creek in my backyard last summer it reached 4” in diameter and 15’ tall in one summer.
Yeah I had never seen or noticed one around here before so I was just very curious. We’ve got some issues with a similar tree in SC; the Bradford pear. It’s now illegal to plant I believe. I’ve removed several recently.

Not yet, luckily for me the seller admitted his mistake. I'm tracking the return. NY to Cali. My first negative or more like extremely disappointed encounter and I was super nervous that I was scammed. But all in all faith was restored with his attentiveness.
Depends on how the ground slips as soil water levels change. Could have been a large slump with the water distributed in a larger area, then a pause when conditions dried out, then a smaller slump in the middle when it got wet again.
There is a HUGE difference between amazing nutrition and a significant calorie surplus and the way that 99.9% of people on earth eat. Extra, good quality food is a reasonable suggestion. If you run a cycle to catch up and then come off of the steroids, you could suffer from permanent decrease to your testosterone which makes you more likely to struggle for the rest of your life
Get Test levels checked by Dr, if test is low theyll put you on TRT, if not UGL. Simply just TRT may help and is a starting place for a year or two to see how things work.
I love Leaf and Panini. Hate hate they get a bad rap now that Fanatic monopolized the MLB license. I have a few older cards of theirs that are great and when they were licensed. But i also have bought a few hobby boxes of theirs after getting back into collecting back in November last year. And they actually were the most fun rip I've had so far. And truthfully the best conditioned cards. As about half the Topps cards I've bought are poorly cut, bad edges and so on straight out of the box.... I got a nice /7 Don Mattingly Auto in a Leaf Metal box. Was happy with that.
Most people aren’t too eager to give that information out. I would go to your library and look for information about native tribes in your area and where they normally lived. Then, go look in creeks in that area. Lot of luck involved but you never know what other cool shit you’ll find.
It sounds to me like this would be a perfect opportunity to try one of those other graders. Especially if a GM is only bringing a 25% markup. If I were OP, I'd look at the finished products and see which slab would look the "prettiest" with this card.

I did that. It didn’t turn up much on eBay. Tons of the base insert because it’s a copy of 89. You can just move along rather than being rude.

Definitely want to avoid that. I’m gonna start increasing the protein intake with some shakes first.
