Omg this is amazing and absolutely true. And trust me, being at your lowest point you won’t believe anything even close of being happy again. Give it time and some self work and your perspective will be improve. Just be aware, this process is not linear. You won’t get 1 percent better every day. You will have great days and very shitty ones. But with time and work they will be less prominent.

I was in your position once, to the point that I laid down in the middle of a big avenue waiting to get ran over and stop the pain. I got pulled by homeless. Just get some help please. You’re worth more than anything that has happened to you. I promise you that.
