  1. Hey! This is Jesse. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and I'm sorry to hear that you don't like my narration. I understand that not everyone may enjoy the same things...

  2. ( ● βŒ“ ● ) ( – βŒ“ – ) "( ● βŒ“ ● )

  3. I often read other peoples comments to get inspiration for my own πŸ˜… Sometimes I want to leave a comment of appreciation, but cant articulate it so i just steal sentiments from other comments

  4. Street urchin is giving brown sugar black sesame cookies

  5. I dont think porn itself is feminist, but I think the sticky spot is that some people then use that as a jumping off point to shame sex workers. I think the focus needs to be on admonishing, and educating the users, and abolishing or radically changing the corporations. I always say I am pro sex-worker, but anti sex-work πŸ˜…

  6. Back when my friends and I were "rebellious" asshole teenagers, we would load the most heinous fics we could find on every display phone we could find at tech stores. I hope, if nothing else, we expanded the reading tastes of a few underpaid retail staff.

  7. Ive tried pretty much everything πŸ˜… I dont think I'm a big fan of most fibre arts. Ive tried knitting, crochet, punch needle, cross stitch, embroidery, and needle felting, and Ive only enjoyed needle felting enough to continue pursuing it.

  8. Honestly, its an industry issue, not just a HyperBeard or Tsuki specific issue. You'd be hard pressed to find a game within recent years that hasn't had issues with announcing updates or release dates too early and then failing to deliver, or delivering a substandard product. As frustrating as it is, I imagine that they announced the update too early due to pressure from investors or consumers or all of the above, but now are not able to meet that date. And while i think people are more than welcome to vent their frustration about this issue, at the end of the day it wont make much difference. I've moved on to playing other games for now, but I'll likely come back if/when the city update is released.

  9. If its longer than 50k, then I might look at how many comments and hits etc, just to see how other people are feeling, but most of the time I just read the tags and then go for it. I can usually tell within the first 1k whether I'm going to enjoy a story or not and I trust my own judgement more than a metric like hits or kudos.

  10. i liked this years prank. hehe funny recorder music πŸ˜€

  11. I wish AO3 had a system of and/or for the tags. The current way, the tags are added as "and", but a wish there was a way to search where it shows all fics that have any of the tags specified, rather than only the fics that have all the tags specified

  12. Yes! Id love to be able to combine multiple feeds

  13. Main ship tags vs background ships! Being a rarepair shipper is so frustrating when every fic tagged with the ship, they are just a background ship.

  14. Craft is not plumbing Proceed with hot glue.

  15. It's for a maypole, and needs to be able to withstand the force of several adult men swinging around it, so unfortunately, hot glue wouldn't cut it πŸ˜… I only really ever use hot glue on porous surfaces cause otherwise its just not strong enough for prop making.

  16. I ended up buying some pvc end caps, screwing them to the wooden piece, and using solvent cement to join the pieces. It held up perfectly.

  17. Pretty much any angst beyond the lightest amount πŸ˜… Writing is my release of all of my heavy emotions so I write a lot of heavy angst, but reading is my comfort and source of joy so i avoid almost all angst.

  18. I dont really know how to articulate this, but I love AU oneshots (between like 1-10k) that really just thrust you into new lore in a really immersive way. Like, there isnt much set up or world building initially, everything just unfolds and makes sense as the story flows. It always leaves me wanting more.

  19. I'm seeing "peak" (top) being used very pervasively when people definitely mean "peek" (look). I will also absolutely never, ever, ever pass up the opportunity to do a gentle reminder that the past tense versions of "thrust", "cast", and "cost" are, respectively, "thrust", "cast", and "cost" (no -ed ever, ever, ever, ever necessary). Someone was cast in a movie; the apple cost way too much money; and someone thrust their hips.

  20. I think quite a few of these common errors occur because of peoples over-reliance on auto correct, without double checking the corrected word. One i see all the time is "defiantly" instead of "definitely", and because it changes to another word instead just a misspelt version of the correct word it fucks up the meaning and makes it harder to read.

  21. i giggle everytime I see "Pinning" πŸ˜†πŸ“Œ

  22. washi tape, wax stamps, calligraphy pens & scrapbook paper. I always feel like "this one last thing" will complete my collection

  23. The Australian/new zealand pronunciation of "cache" really let me down this week πŸ˜…

  24. Sure lets criticise people who are posting free content, mostly just out of their own desire/for fun.
