This picture is actually really cozy! Is there a reason you pull the curtain over the plant at night? It's not getting any light, might as well be able to see and enjoy it! With a pop of color in your throw pillows, rug, and/or curtains, your living room would be really cozy at night.
I live on the bottom floor of a busy street and the plants are sitting directly against the window so there’s no possibility to close the curtains behind them.
So this is the current state of my living room this morning. I added cream pillows which already makes a big difference in my opinion. I’m adding bold curtains to my list and considering a larger area rug. Thanks for all your advice!
