We left the UK a while ago because of COVID, not cost of living but couldn’t/wouldn’t want to return to the UK because of the high cost of living. We lived in Georgia for 18 months, Turkey for 3 months and we’re now in Morocco (which is not super cheap). We found everything pretty cheap in Turkey, but you’ll probably need to wait until the end of the summer season. Same with Georgia - Batumi in particular has very cheap apartments outside of June-August. We plan to go to Asia in October/November. Happy to answer any questions you might have
Maybe listing the rares will earn you a bit more. Also, I know I personally dislike reserve prices, I'd much rather the seller put the starting bid at the minimum price they'd accept than set a reserve. It also is listed in Aberdeen so people in London will not find it when searching locally.

When you write something, you should read over it to make sure you didn't make any mistakes. Especially if you intend for other people to read it.
