  10. Quick question, do you have any idea what the *actual* average is right now for the campaign registration to be approved for OpenPhone? I've got 20 days worth of patience in me haha but just wondering is earlier possible? Some posts are saying 10 days, some are crazy high.... just wondering

  11. They're a lot lower than that right now - should be closer to 2-3 days. That said, those are averages. If you're having significant delays, please send us a note and we'll do our best to investigate / escalate.

  33. Hey! This is solved now. Our Engineering team solved this issue yesterday and I got a confirmation that it should solve the issue for you specifically, too. No need to reinstall the app (though you might want to reload it, just in case) - you'll be all set!

  37. This has happened to most of the people here. Unfortunately it's a known issue and why many of us left. The reality is that OpenPhone is not business-level communication. It should not be used for anything important in my opinion. The service has gone downhill greatly in the last year.
