  1. The more extreme towards a specific kind of build you make your AC, the more extreme the unfavorable matchups will be. This is really just the consequence of using BEO. You would need something more well rounded and ready to deal with a wider variety of situations. Otherwise it's just a tradeoff, do worse against certain builds to do even better against others.

  2. Fair enough. Truthfully, I wouldn't even be bothered normally; after all, BEO/BVO fills its own niche and is generally really favorable against a lot of other builds.

  3. Just equip some missiles and kite until you can stagger them, then hit them hard.

  4. I suppose there’s so few players online nowadays that I could probably just swap weapons out and fully expect to face the same guy over and over again.

  5. I’ve been debating between this, the C300, and V1 for a while now. Would you be able to compare between them? Is the mesh noticeably different/better between the models?

  6. These 2 chairs have seperate seating experiences. These two chairs are initially within my budget range, but the S300 convinced me upon trying it.

  7. Thank you for the reply. I admit, the design of the lumbar support is what put me off about the C300, while I’m not so keen on the design of the V1’s headrest.

  8. It seems so. Before I reached C Rank, I had enough players on my level. Now it's the same daily selection of 3-4 Rank S players. At Rank C mind you.

  9. Yikes. S-Rankers at C-rank. That’s bad.

  10. What platform? I do find a similar experience myself on Steam, I'm at A0, if I play ranked for two hours I've likely fought a few of the same players.

  11. Steam, and all I’ve played today is 5 matches against the same dual shoulder laser-shotgun and siege missile tank builds by two players. All losses too. Not fun for a BEO player like myself.

  12. If your order is over $25, and you’ve never ordered from them before, use the KF website, place the items in your cart, input your email address at checkout, and then wait a few hours before actually purchasing anything.

  13. Shouldn’t be necessary, as far as I know.

  14. Ugh, Escort the Strider was easily the worst one, just because it is utterly impossible to S-Rank without cheesing it with an all explosive damage build.

  15. Final phase All-guazu was definitely the hardest part of the game for me as well, easily took me the most retries.

  16. I think gains you might be getting in speed with this setup may be too marginal for all the AP you’ve sacrificed.

  17. PS5 KontrolFreeks have wider diameters than Xbox ones to accommodate the wider stick caps on stock PS controllers. Consequently, if you have PS5 KontrolFreeks, they will be loose and wiggly on stock Xbox controllers.

  18. OP, did you ever get this sorted out?

  19. Yeah, I basically used two different adapters. Connected the front USB type C to the 19-pin, and the front USB type A to the USB 2.0 header.

  20. So ultimately, you didn't do a single 19 pin -> split and adapted to USB A & C, you used both a 19 pin and (presumably) 9 pin header on your motherboard?

  21. Yep, exactly. That way, I get a full-speed USB type C at the cost of a USB type A locked at 2.0 speeds.

  22. 10/10. Easily the best non-protagonist Gundam design in the show. Such a shame we did not get to see it in its full glory.

  23. 9/10. It’s a glorious love child of Gundam and Armored Core, and I love it.

  24. Scuf does make thumb stick cap grips that are virtually universal, though I have not seen any tried on FlyDigi controllers so far.

  25. Perhaps a green/blue magic rogue, one designed as something akin to a mage assassin that can become invisible, quick dash, set up magical traps, perhaps dabble in alchemy and bomb making.

  26. Thank you. That’s amazing. I’m so glad it works with the charger. Any updates I make to the triggers themselves will be uploaded for free to the normal places, so you can get them printed by a friend or a service.

  27. I don’t suppose you might be in a position to verify if this mod also works on the Apex 4 as well?

  28. Do Kontrol Freaks fit this? I have grown quite accustomed to having a raised right stick

  29. Assuming the thumbstick caps are the same as all the other FlyDigi models, your best shot is with PS5 KontrolFreeks. Even then, they’re going to be tight, and I’ve only ever seen the hexagonal COD KontrolFreeks successful installed.

  30. When my ps4 controller started to drift about 8-9 months ago, I went down this rabbit hole as well.

  31. I actually picked up the 8BitDo Ultimate as well. And while I still like it, and consider the shoulder buttons and triggers perfect for me, I admit that the overall shape and size are not as good as either a DualSense or Xbox controller. Also, I now appreciate having more back buttons.

  32. The Vader 3 pro bumpers feel absolutely precise and high quality. They make PlayStation bumpers feel very mushy by comparison.

  33. I suppose I’ll have to place the Apex 4 at the top of my list then. Thanks for replying back to me this much.

  34. I remember seeing some feedback on a Reddit post comparing galaxies, lotuses, and frenzies. If I recall correctly, the frenzies were okay, but less grippy than both lotuses and galaxies; wasn’t fond of the lower grip.

  35. This is how I feel about Steam account names. While I’m glad you can change the public user name at least, your account is kind of stuck with the same old account name you chose in the beginning.

  36. For me personally, KontrolFreek thumbsticks do make a substantial difference, certainly enough that I’m reluctant to pick up any controller that isn’t compatible with them.

  37. i think you pretty much covered every question i could’ve maybe had 😅 my main concern is getting used to the feel of them - i have pretty small hands anyways so went for the dualsense edge over the xbox elites because it felt a little more compact - but it sounds like they’re worth a shot!! tysm 🥹

  38. My pleasure. If you’re concerned about height, mid-rise or low-rise might be most suitable. Personally, I think mid-rise is the best overall, and that low-rises have too negligible a height difference compared to mid and high-rise to be worth it, but then I also have admittedly large enough hands to accommodate high-rise sticks too.

  39. With a stock XBox controller, I used my right thumb to manipulate the D-pad. Not ideal since it takes your thumb off the right stick, but in practice it's no different than having to jump between the camera and face buttons.

  40. Damn it, I was really hoping for the Switch Pro to fit. Thanks for answering.

  41. Sure, no worries. I would have considered going for the Switch Pro KFs too, but while they do snap on, they are often loose enough to rotate, so a little iffy. If you feel like being creative, look for something thin to sit between the prongs and the joystick.
