I bet if you expressed to your parents that you’re concerned about addictive behavior, they would help get you in to see someone. And even if they can’t, your campus should absolutely have something in place to help. And wonderfully enough if you’re in the US, the one thing that Medicaid always covers full stop is substance abuse counseling. So if you’ve aged out of your parents coverage, you can absolutely apply for your own coverage and probably qualify for free healthcare if you’re truly struggling financially.

I didn't find a way unfortunately, it seems as though calls and regular sound go through the same "channel" (which is why when you're on a call it alters the way all other sound works??) so you can't mute it.
If I can use the "debug" cheat so they snap out of their catatonic states when I've told them to go piss 5x, then I can uncomfortably do around 4-5, comfortably usually 1-3
