Yeah heterometrus are not my forte genus, I'm much more adept with the parabuthus genus. However, based on the telson shape, carapace, and chela im certain it is some sort of heterometrus but maybe not silensus. The OP may have some of the rarer species within the genus or I suppose a pandipalpus viatoris could be an option.
