The staff, nurses and Doctors are all top notch, the actual facility feels dated, the postpartum rooms are small and older feeling. I’d rather have the good doctors over state of the art room any day. In terms of being high risk, I’m pretty sure they can handle pretty much anything and everything there, patients are sent to big duke from all over the region for their specialists.

They tried to do some type of etching on the tips similar to Wera’s laser etch and to me it’s “ok” but the Wera feels wayyyy grippier. I got my Milwaukee screwdrivers off Home Depot online, if you could walk into the box store and grab these and they were a hair cheaper they’d be on to something, maybe that’ll come soon.
You ask about “gun” followed with the modifier “rifle” but then list the 1911…. In guns go with the title and say there’s nothing more American than a 12 gauge pump gun
