I grew out a Malawi last year. Beautiful plant structure and flowers and good sativa high, but it was not the psychedelic trippy ride it always seems to be advertised to be. I’ll definitely run her again though

It’s kind of a sweet and funky cheese kind of vibe on the nose. Like it’s skunky but not so skunk that it really hits your face offensively. Not the fruity, pear description that they advertised in the description of the strain. Maybe after the cure, we shall see

Make sure you check it with the lights out. I had a different model camera but even with the IR and all the indicator lights set to off it still emitted a blue? light. Which I discovered a week into flower to my horror.

I’ve run multiple photoperiod grows with a Wyze camera in the tent, and have never had an issue with revegging because of the light emitted by the camera for night mode viewing

Thanks. Cooler temperatures do tend do showcase the ananthocyanins present in some strains. I grow in my basement and I have lights off overnight and temps usually between 67-69 with this one. If I’d have grown it in the summer time I’d have warmer temps even with lights off and overnight, so it may not have got quite as dark purple at the end like it did here

Yeah this is my first foray into running their genetics and I’m certainly pleased. I’d say on the nose I get mainly floral notes with some slightly sweet earthy notes. Smells very similar to a couple African sativas I’ve run before, and given the genetics here I’m not surprised
