I like to build a pinhole camera out of a cardboard box - it’s super easy, cheap as free, and safe. Cereal boxes work great for it, or other thin cardboard boxes.
It’s also a great science demo for kids! It takes 5 minutes to draw a diagram of light rays and explain how it works. Ask them to predict: will the image be right side up or upside down? Watch the gears turn in their heads.

Absolutely the homeowners pressure politicians. But I’m sympathetic to boomers with zero pension, age 67 still working, all they have in the world is a damn house in the suburbs, almost paid off. If it crashes in value they could end up homeless at 80.

Can someone tell me what the big deal is with non lego ? I’ve got quite a bit of the technic in non lego and they hold up to lego quality just not the price. I know for a fact I’ve spent 50-60% of what it cost for the lego products. Hey I love lego. But I like to build more.

I gave her a phone charger because she said her phone was dead. Again she didn’t ask for a single thing but suggestions of resources. I know how id like to be treated so even if it was a scam it was no sweat off my back and I know I’ve treated someone with human compassion
Well, maybe that specific person wasn’t a scammer. But I’ve been approached by scammers way more times than people in legitimate tough situations who needed temporary help.
