Weeks ago I placed an order for 4 things. They immediately shipped one and nothing on the others. They sent an email saying don’t worry, it’s taking some time. I finally reached out and they said everything else I had ordered had since sold out. I pointed out that one of the items is currently for sale on the site. I was told I could order it again. I pointed out that I don’t want to pay shipping, as my first order was over the free shipping threshold. That’s when they stopped responding to me.
