  1. I work full-time from home. It’s good to stay active, but it’s also good to take it easy and do some light work. I make sure to drink my iron/anxiety tea in the morning for that added boost. I do some bed yoga in the morning and at night to help with the stiffness. On tougher days I soak in the tub with epson salt and apply some tiger balm.

  2. Try doing 15min bed yoga in the morning and before bed. This has helped me to not wake up like I got hit by a truck most days. Staying mildly active and stretching your muscles help a lot. Soaking in the tub with some epson salt helps as well.

  3. I switched to Cymbalta for pain relief/anxiety. I was on it for 6 months and decided to get off of it. The withdrawals were terrible, but I’m glad to be off of it. It been a month since I’ve taken it and I’m glad I made that decision

  4. But how am i supposed to take care of myself when all i do is work and sleep and I get yelled at at work for not getting enough done so I cant take breaks

  5. You need to take care of your health first. I understand that you work, so having an evening and morning routine should help a lot.

  6. I cant do a night time routine by the time its 8:00 i usually cant even sit up in bed and i can barely wake up in time for much less fit a morning routine in there. I tried i have ocd and autism so i love routines but it feels impossible

  7. I too have OCD tendencies. You just have to change your mindset or you’ll have more down days. I know today seems impossible, but changing your mindset is a big part of it. You can do this.

  8. I have both plus a protein c deficiency. I am on Lovenox daily. Be careful to watch for bleeding.

  9. I have a vitamin D deficiency, so I take supplements for that. A lot of times I just feel like I’m too young to be in this much pain all the time.

  10. Thank you all for responding. It means a lot that I’m not alone.

  11. I have 8 tattoos and no complications.

  12. Hi im in the same boat! Just recently started hydroxychloroquine but the side effects have been really bad - i feel like I’m gonna pass out for 20 minutes about 20 minutes after taking it. And then it either makes me over stimulated or very sleepy which is a terrible toss up when deciding to take it in the morning or night. It also pairs terribly with coffee I’ve found. Any advice? I’m thinking of calling my doctor to stop it because it makes me so sick/dizzy

  13. Yeah, I’ve been super tired per usual. I’m sticking to it though for at least 6 months to really see a difference.

  14. I saw the difference as soon as i stopped. It mutes soo much of the pain and discomfort, or as i sometimes say the flu-like stuff, but you don’t realize it until you stop and get that awful stuff back.

  15. I’m a lefty but I crochet right handed. I learned by books and photos

  16. I got a remote job! I’ve applied to so many different places and I finally got one ❤️

  17. Working for broad path. You can go on their website to see if they are still hiring for customer service reps

  19. I was just about to say this movie

  21. I got it for $30. The best deal ever so I couldn’t pass it up.

  22. Lol…in Maryland. The things I do when I’m in town ☺️.

  23. I’ve never seen them grow in clusters like that. I would put them in the pot so more can grow from it. It’s looks beautiful 💕

  24. Thank you I started propagating them in the top of the soil to make it full it’s sooo bald at the top I hope it works 😌

  25. It should help it get fuller. I usually do it for all my strings once the top gets 👩🏼‍🦲

  26. I wouldn’t even bother meeting up with her, especially given all of the feelings you’re experiencing. I would just get her served in another way, either through certified mail, some random person, or the authorities.

  27. If I had my septum pierced I would live to decorate it with beautiful pieces like you did. Horseshoes are cute but this one looks so pretty!

  28. I liked the horseshoe, I just got annoyed that one of the balls kept coming off.

  29. Love a clicker! Looks fantastic.

  30. Nobody wants to be with anyone that still doesn’t know the difference between “you’re” and “your”

  31. It’s, you’re thick not “your”, you’re obese, not “your”, you’re not a dog mom, not “your”, you’re a pet owner not “your”.

  32. Says the person with a photo of them wearing shorts

  33. Sports car made in Japan by Nissan

  34. Your handwriting is so neat and gorgeous!

  35. The point is Black ppl aren't allowed to make mistakes.

  37. Don’t f**k with cats: Hunting an Internet killer. This documentary was crazy
