  1. That’s a good attitude. I don’t doubt you will make it all back. 👊🏻

  2. I do. My other investments are just NAV spacs with spare cash.

  3. Previously you told me you buy slightly overvalued stuff and short overvalued stuff?

  4. https://www.marketwatch.com/story/heres-why-you-shouldnt-buy-a-stock-ever-again-2017-02-09

  5. It's doing fine. I only lost a small amount because I managed my risk well. I didn't get cocky and buy a high flying SPAC that is now down 50%+.

  6. Literally almost nobody should believe in their investments.

  7. Lol. They're about the 5th satellite imaging company to go public through a SPAC. What a joke.

  8. So. Companies go public all the time. You cannot just program a satellite like crypto. Lol.

  10. ARK has not actively bought a single share of DM.

  11. 3d printing companies are skyrocketing today.

  12. Lol SPY would be a better investment

  13. I just keep adding to my position, my cost basis is steady droppin'

  14. And your losses keep getting bigger!

  15. Just you wait, in 5 years I'll be the one that's laughing 🤣

  16. In 5 years, you'll be saying that you need another 5.

  17. Hahahaha that's some terrible cream

  18. There are so many easier targets than CCIV lol

  19. Not at all. CCIV is built on nothing but hype.

  20. Funny you say that. Notorious short seller Citron hinted at $50 PT for ASTS a few months ago. Of course they came up with that price target by comparing it to other frothy SPACs

  21. Citron is a pump-and-dump master. Literally does no research except some napkin math.

  22. Lol wait until investors stop being conned by all the free lines. Growth is nowhere near what it seems.

  23. i thought he was banned... ok dont even miss his shit posting.

  24. My bad about Waymo, sorry, $30B is still a huge profit for Google.

  25. I'm glad you boys sold me those $7.75 GIK shares, but lemme introduce you to my new favorite spac.

  26. Lol pumpers have gotten especially lazy recently. Nobody is going to buy your trash SPAC if you just spam the ticker without evidence, kid.

  27. Or maybe you won't and you'll be bagholding for eternity. There's a reason that the stock price is so low.

  28. ASTS/NPA - Down 40% in last month. Even with today's massive spike, still down 7% over last 5 trading days.

  29. How’s your GNRS warrants doing? I remember you saying they’re your biggest position.

  30. Not by biggest position by a long shot. They are my biggest warrant position.

  31. VIH - the definition of drill. From $16 to $10.52 in 4 sessions. Whats wrong with it?

  32. It was a sell the news event. As I predicted (check my post history) it would run up to the Coinbase IPO. No reason to hold after.

  33. Warrants up 10% in a sea of red today. The fact that commons are staying above NAV shows some semblance of buying pressure.

  34. Spacs can drop in price postmerger tho? Most of spacs have dropped recently

  35. Yep. That's about 6 months from now for AACQ. Until then, only upside.

  36. Is it better to wait until the merger happens to buy AACQ? Or jump in now?

  37. I'd buy now and then decide if you want to hold through the merger. Lots of SPACs run up significantly before the merger closes.

  38. " If it's brown, lie down; if it's black, fight back; if it's white, goodnight; if it's old, just hold."

  39. I'd rather just avoid all bears tbh.

  40. You think CCIV is overvalued? I’m worried it’ll keep sinking for no reason we’re at my avg right now and I’m feeling papery.

  41. https://www.reddit.com/r/SPACs/comments/mtfkzn/slug/gv1bsof

  42. Sell calls if you are worried to reduce some potential downside and then average down if you can. There isn’t much downside left at these levels. That’s a fact. We are near the 2.5B PIPE levels. If it drops you can average down but I think it holds around here.

  43. The downside is 50%. NAV is the floor, regardless of where PIPE bought in.

  44. Public float is, what is publicly tradeable. If CEOs shares are locked up until July or a certain price target then they are not part of public float and S3 partners are correct in stating that 150% of the current public float is short.

  45. They were never included in the tradeable public float. FactSet deducted them from actually tradeable shares, leading to completely wrong short percentage.

  46. That doesn't make any sense. The CEO can't sell his shares so why would you include them. The available shares to be bought and sold right now are what matters so the amout of shares available are short 140%. Pretty simple.

  47. These CEO shares were never part of the public float. The float data previously only had shares that were publicly tradeable.

  48. The second Pfizer shot made me more sick than COVID. Some of the most intense back/hip pain I’ve had. Hurt worse than when I actually broke my back in a car accident.

  49. The vaccine isn't that bad. Just puts you out for a day with a mild fever.

  50. Wouldn’t that make you have a wash sale so you can’t write off whatever loss you have? Unless you bought at NAV to begin with.

  51. You need to do some reading. You can always claim your losses. A wash sale just delays the tax loss claim. You should have redeemed and bought back in.
