idk what people are talking about saying they find guns on every zombie lol. i haven't touched any of the settings and i occasionally find a zombie with a revolver or a cop zombie with a pistol/shotgun and that's it.
Do you find the crossbow to usually be a one-shot? I like the idea of it, but never found it to be reliable enough. I'd put 2 bolts into a zombie and still have to stomp it or push it down.
It's a pretty reliable one hit kill at close to medium range. Longer range I notice more of a damage falloff. It depends which crossbow you use too. This one has like the 2nd highest damage out of all of them I believe. I also did have like 8 aim though.
I've been doing gun nomad rv runs for awhile. I like the idea of slowly clearing a building like you do here. When I used Britas I used a silenced pistol. I've since switched to Firearms B41 and I found out that the suppressors aren't actually silent, which is realistic but not as fun lol. Maybe i'll look for some crossbow mods or go back to britas
the gunfighter mod options let you adjust all the values like bow damage and how often the bolts break to your liking. you can make suppressors louder or quieter too.
Lifestyle mod question: how do you actually play instruments? There's no context menu option I can see. I'm wondering if maybe I just have a mod conflict.
Brita's weapons people: I have a weird thing going on where the small/medium/large canisters of ammo always spawn empty. Any ideas what the issue could be?

It's good to run a few jobs simply for the experience. It helps you look at the big picture of a job, planning and logistics of material and labor, and communication skills and coordinating with other trades. Plus you get to tell everyone what to do, make a plan and see it come to fruition. I'd personally rather not have the responsibility either but there are things I liked about it. Less hard on your body for sure.
rifles are much more efficient when you've got the skill to use them. better range, bigger mag sizes, single shot kills a lot. also much better vs sprinters.
Is the moodlet talking to the player or is it a reference to the fact the og zomboid character canonically had a wife and he thinks she's there with him?
don't be afraid to run off and live to fight another day if you're not equipped to handle a horde. you can always regroup and come back to pick them off slowly instead of fighting to the death all at once. make several safehouses that you can fall back to. prioritize high fences so you can't get surrounded easily.
not at all! take it easy while you learn the ropes. if you find you've advanced enough that you need more of a challenge you can always tailor the settings to be harder.
How do you make toast?
if you place food into a container ie. a bag, then place the bag into a fridge, does the food still spoil slower?

far too many to list! but the chief gameplay ones here are brita's and random zombies + day active sprinters
video cuts off because i ran out of disk space :(. but i managed to find some fences to kite them over and then lost them in the woods.

yes. chuck it and get a new one. get the outlet replaced too because i guarantee there's a loose terminal connection where it's melting.

today was wash day! routine is shampoo + conditioner once a week, scrunch in leave-in while wet. plop and air dry. refresh with leave-in daily.
