I'm dealing with this right now. Was supposed to be delivered on the 13th (2 days ago) but it never was. Now it's showing as "delayed, not yet shipped." But it won't let me cancel the item. So I messaged customer service and they said they "raised a ticket" to have it cancelled and gave me a ticket number. I have no clue how to actually check on the status of the ticket though. Nothing has been updated in my orders section yet either.
I had this happen with another item in this order actually. had to have services cancel it because it wouldn't let me. The item in picture above just came the next day.
