No I played them out of order too and I actually liked replicant a bit more 😅 maybe it's bc I'm an older brother so those narratives hit hard for me. The only thing I recommend is get every weapon your first go around/when they show up. It's important to unlocking the true ending
Yes it's gets harder but it's just a new learning curve. Learn the parry timing. Be more aggressive to take advantage of the rally system. Find a weapon that suits you. Saw cleaver can do no wrong. It's basic but it's the best weapon if you don't want to experiment too much just keep it upgraded it'll carry you the entire game.
Honestly these games have changed my life. I am more open to overcoming difficult things in all areas of life after persevering through bloodborne and the souls trilogy

And guess what bloodborne beat, ds1 beat, ds2 beat, working on ds3 atm
