Done this exact movement upgrade often for clients. You need to remove the black spacer from the original movement and place it on the new movement. In some cases the case is a hair too thin for the grey spacer. You’ll also need to swap the day wheel cause you got the 3 o clock nh36 and not the 3.8 o clock. Your watch guy should’ve known all this and did the work.
