  1. Where in Queens? Pm me if you want another player

  2. He’s overall good for the game. Buys deep and doesn’t usually win, just a bit slow when it comes to these kinds of things

  3. That could also be why the winner has over $6k in front of him in a $1/3 game. Running VERY good

  4. He did , after that hand. However, he’s a notorious punter and lost over 3/4s of it within an hour and change

  5. Are you saying he wasn’t running good BEFORE that hand? He has everyone on the table covered by almost 3x

  6. Oh no the guy that is in this hand is the one with the blue plaque, he just tables his hand in front of his neighbor with all those chips

  7. This is an bomb pot (optional $10 per participating player straight to flop). Happens every dealer change ~45 minutes. The bomb pot button is where the button for this hand is, he also chooses what game to play, in this case it’s 5 card PLO. The pot gets built up on flop. There was a pot bet (7 handed-$70) , one call and re pot on flop, 2 callers into turn which brings out the flush. Seat one (first to act) checks, hero pots for $910 and button tank calls, seat one folds. Hero jams his remaining stack of $370 blind into river. Villain tank calls. Mucks on showdown after hero shows nut flush. Seat one shows he had top set. Maybe Christmas came early for our hero?

  8. Pm? Nice table, I’m in queens would love another spot to play

  9. Hey , I dm’ed you about your previous inquiry looking for live games. Once again, apologies for the late reply

  10. How can I find them on IG? I had no idea they advertise

  11. How does one get in on the game? Just moved to NYC and would love some games

  12. What’s the ratio of getting raided by police and criminals to getting paid out. That’s the real math to crunch

  13. wow. this is a home game? Set up looks a lot better than the casino I go to play. lol

  14. Cause they take a bigger rake than the casino you play at

  15. For this particular pot size, it may or may not have been approximately .005%

  16. You can’t tell the stacks behind the hands but most have 300+. There’s greens in play

  17. Always love seeing Variance home game pics here 😍😍 amazing chips and table, can’t wait to be back some time 🥰

  18. Am I wrong? I thought I saw yall advertising and someone asked what rake was and it was 10% to 25 max

  19. You’re indeed wrong, like I said “if there was one” it’s less than half of that 25. But I understand, lots of places around here have crazy raked

  20. I apologize, thought for sure that was the case in your room, I must've mistaken yall for another NY room.

  21. No worries, this is a player friendly environment. Complimentary drinks, food, snacks, open bar and 420 is provided. As well as transportation (partly)

  22. What’s crazy is that Charlie ended up +3200 or some crazy shit like that

  23. I havent been here, but wagering a guess that Its only a home game in the sense that it’s not in a casino. Probably rake of like 20max per hand and dedicated dealers/waitresses and catered food & bev

  24. If there’s one, it’s about half of that. Also no waitresses but there’s food, snacks open bar and drinks

  25. When they got it all-in on the flop, the player at the "top" of the table had a set of deuces (which is what the dealer calls it as once the hand is revealed after the river), while the player at the "bottom" of the table had a set of 8's. Buuuuut, the set of deuces player also had an Ace & 5 to go with his pair of deuces, and the board ran out 87234, meaning A5 makes a wheel.

  26. Exactly , I don’t even think the other player realized he had a wheel draw with his set

  27. Hahaha anyone who says “bing bop bop sccop that!” deserves to get accidentally slowrolled

  28. 😂, he got caught up in the excitement. Was a decent sized pot

  29. This is a promo for an NYC underground game. “Look how loose and fishy this game is, we totally won’t take your money.” The DeckMate is like 5k alone. Custom felt and chips.

  30. You’re right to suspect that, given that NYC games have notoriously high rake, however that’s not the case here at all. Deckmate 1’s are rentals

  31. Whoever is chromosome clapping would not be getting invited back

  32. He got excited, was ahead preflop and got there on the river. Hard to blame

  33. Every other Sunday, twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) it’s $1/$2 Hold’em

  34. So...set over set in Omaha? Crrrraaaazzyyyyy

  35. Well, the one outer gets there to crack top set… not that common, even for Omaha

  36. I play mostly in my home games. Rake is 10 to 50

  37. I’m in Brooklyn, how can I join in next game?? I’d love to :)
