You've missed out on learning the game because of being handed the argys. Ark has a steep learning curve. It's very unforgiving of players who haven't figured out the core of how the game functions. It's all about progression. You start off punching trees to make basic tools, then those basic tools to build a simple base and find early game tames. Then those early game tames help you advance to get metal tools and other ways to tame better creatures that help you advance.
I also think there's a big difference between one off cheating and full blown affairs. Cheated on your spouse once, confessed, got divorced? I could get past that. Only single because your long term affair partner didn't leave his wife after he knocked you up? Nope.

So while I 100% agree your best chance for more money is looking for more money elsewhere, with the amount of hospitals and health care facilities they own locally, it would be prudent to leave on good terms if you are in healthcare as you never know what the future will hold.

If you leave a place and burn that bridge, it's not just about never working there again. Every single person who's screwed over by you burning that bridge will remember. They now know you're someone who will fuck them over and that could absolutely come back to bite you in the ass.

Parasaur. It's a clutch early game tame for the weight and high stamina. But, it becomes useless outside of PVP. I feel bad about ditching it since it was vital to my early game survival.
For end game stuff? Absolutely it should be harder from a skill standpoint. My problem with endgame is that it turns into a grind. It's functionally easy, just time consuming. For this battle you need 18/19 dinos and a saddle BP with minimum X armor. Cool, time to grind caves and loot crates for days at a time to get that BP. Also, scour the map, killing countless to get respawns, just to find the dinos with the right stats. Then breed until you get the line right.
I only play 2ish hours at a time. I'm not sure in what world you can beat SE bosses in 14 hours doing solo pve. It's not fun to just log on and farm hide and metal, run a few caves for the umpteenth time, then log off. Rinse and repeat.
I didn't walk away from a fight with my ex's coworker she cheated on me with, I sent him a beer and shook his hand. Thanked him for showing me who she was. That felt great.
I don't think that getting wyvern milk is all that difficult. You need a lymantria, narc arrows, and a trap. Teachers Game Too has a super easy trap that you can make in about 10 minutes with a doedicarus and a chainsaw. Drop a few sleeping bags by the trap and clear the area before you start. The wyvern is stuck so you can backup and take your time.
My first hatch was a level 50. It wasn't great, but all it needed to do was have enough stamina to make it out of the trench with a better egg as wild wyverns can't catch you.
That's such an awful design choice. Industrial forge is taller than two ceilings. The minimum should at least allow you to place that without wrapping ceilings around it.
