5.56/223 is .22. I don't know if you're gonna find a dedicated .22LR barrel for an AR? I don't know if that exists outside of propritary 15-22's like the M&P. I've never seen one? Most people building a 22LR platform, including me, just use a 5.56 barrel since it is .22.
Yeah they make them. I know they're close in size but the twist on a 223 is usually 1:6 or 1:7. A 22lr is usually 1:16. Regardless, I would still be interested. Can u send me some pics? Especially of the handguard.
Found the honeycomb pattern online, then used my cricut to cut stick on vinyl in different sizes. After that, just had to load it up with all the vinyl stickers and paint it.
Examine the extractor for chips in it's tip. I had that problem and replaced it with a bore buddy extractor, but then had problems when I used their(lighter of the 2) spring. Went back to the lighter cmmg spring with the BB extractor and all is good.
Way overgassed. Not worth the money. But I build my own so ..... If you're going to buy something, I would go Daniel defense. You can't go wrong there. They make everything in house and is going to be a fantastic gun that won't let you down.
I bought 2 of them! Can't beat the deal!! I got one for$480 (non OSP) And the OSP for $525... Both were cheaper than the normal gun prices, plus 5 mags 🤣🤣
