Not a FedEx or Amazon employee but USPS. I would call your local offices for FedEx & Amazon and talk to them about it. Not sure how much it'll help with Amazon but you should be able to go in person to a FedEx annex and talk to a supervisor about it.

This is why I never sign the safety talk attendance sheets. After an accident, management can say you had a talk on this subject on such and such a date. If pressured to sign, I say, 'Where is the Privacy Act statement saying I am required to sign?' They usually back down. One clown said it was an OSHA requirement. I still didn't sign.

My SM told us at our last meeting that we’re getting a raise in mid December and then another most likely in April once the new minm wage kicks in. But to meet the increase our prices are going up in mid December so be prepared for crabby customers 😝
Back in 1999, CA min wage was $5.75, and INO started at 7.25, meaning they were paying 26% more than min wage. They would need to pay $26.22 to maintain this higher wage gap.
God I hope so, minimum wage in SD where I'm at is 16.30, and our in n outs start at 19.75 which is still about a 21% increase. They'd have to pay 24.50 to keep up thought they usually pay higher in big cities anyways so who knows. I'm pretty sure in the Bay area wages are much higher for in n out because of the same thing
Ur manager is doing this for inventory. No good, I will re-run a double double as a flying Dutchman if it has one of those wraps now. Although I will also go out of my way otherwise to help customers figure out what is cheaper. Me personally, I get my paycheck either way, why would I hassle someone for a dollar (or 3) that I'm not getting.

Pouring pink lemonade in the corner, was when I was in hs and wayyyy weaker, pretty new associate. Somehow managed to miss the pink lemonade thing almost entirely and instead spilled a good ¾ of it all over the counters on the corner. Manager on shift told me to leave it for closers to deal with 💀. I make sure everyone who pours pink lemonade in the corner keeps the ice drawer lid CLOSED when they do it now. ...oops
Seconding stealing a pickle bucket. Get some oxiclean. Soak your pants in the pickle bucket with oxiclean, detergent, baking soda & borax (or just oxiclean) overnight then wash it with detergent like normal. Don't use bleach. I use Purex detergent & I use Shout advanced to spot treat them after which takes extra time but DOES work.
Anyone who says change how this order is (besides specifying you want a half and half shake) is straight up silly. As an associate, we should be able to interpret this in a heartbeat and any confusions be clarified at the time of ordering
