Definitely Barristan for sure. I’m not a hater of later seasons. I don’t even think the last three episodes of season 8 are that bad just miles behind the standard of quality the show set for itself in earlier seasons. However for me Ser Barrristans death was the first time I was disappointed by the show. The character, who is still alive in the books, deserved a lot better.
Really don't understand this POV. By this logic did Ned/Robb/Arhur Dayne and probably others deserve a more respectable death because they were good men and could fight?
I think it’s more about how the death was written in rather than how it actually happened. Him being randomly jumped on the street just seemed like hardly any thought went into it.

I get these guys were in the wrong but that doesn’t mean they deserved to die or that it’s a good thing that they’re dead. What if it was your dumb relative in their late teens or early twenties? Would you say they deserved to die then?
There's not a single comment saying they deserved it or that it's a good thing, where are you getting that from? It's a tragic waste of their lives. But it is good/ I am glad that they didn't take anyone else out with them in their stupidity. It could've been worse.

Honestly I find him pretty likeable. He’s basically been running a marathon a day for a year and I find it quite inspiring how he’s still pretty much the same heavily motivated guy from when he started.
I actually think that his on-screen persona has changed a lot. I’ve followed him since Geowizard’s Dribble Britain series and he is much more honest onscreen now. For instance, he isn’t ’the hardest geezer’ anymore.
I actually had no idea he had done things before running Africa I only found out about him about two weeks in. I just assumed he was some guy doing something for charity.
