Yeah man! Congrats on getting your secured card, im gonna give it like a month for my new credit report and get the discover secured with the the $200 limit. Just to start and build good credit habits. I'm 6-7 months once I have learned the process. Hopefully upgrade to unsecured.

My young brother, one of my credit scores was exactly 524 in January of 2023. I had a medical bill in collections. I opened up a Self credit builder account and got a secured credit card. 6 months later I got another secured card and an unsecured card. I made every payment on time and the medical bill aged out and fell off (7 years). 13 months later that 524 turned into a 723. Had I done nothing I'd still have a 524. When you decide to start doing something about it then good things happen. Becoming a homeowner by age 30 is absolutely on the table for you if you start working on your credit now! Make sure you never miss a payment again, pay off your cards in full each month, and it definitely helps if you monitor your credit at least once a month. I'll give you a few links below...
I have been using credit karma, I saw your comment and tried to use fico to check my score. It said i have the minimum information required to calculate my Fico 8 score. Makes sense. I literally have no loans or anything. I live with my mom and pay her my rent monthly .So I also have no rental history/evictions.
