  1. Well, technically, they got rid of the racist part of the joke.

  2. The original was just trashing rock and roll? What's racist about that?

  3. One of the first (if not first) rock albums ever was "Rocket 88", by Ike Turner (a black man). He's not the only pioneer of rock that was black, either; "Johnny B. Goode" by Chuck Berry, also in the running for "first rock song", was also created by a black man. If you want more examples, look into the early history of rock; it's really neat to learn about!

  4. It appears to just playing off the joke that old people didn't like rock to me. Unless this artist has other comics that imply racism, I think you're reaching.

  5. A stalker can stalk you for many reasons. But a yandere's reason is only one.

  6. That's true on a psychological level, but I'm more saying from an outsider POV such as in the scenario OP is painting for us, I fail to see how people can definitively say that this is a stalker and not a yandere. We can't see inside of this girl's mind so on that front it would only be speculation.

  7. Look, I'm not picking any side if she's a stalker or a yandere. (I'd be happy with either as both have interests in me, though I'd much rather be with a yandere, for very obvious reasons.) I just merely said what differentiates them, just like you asked.

  8. That's why my question was originally posed to a person saying she was a stalker, lol

  9. This sounds like a fascinating concept, a shame to happen to someone irl, but I wish you luck regardless, and ask for permission to file this away to perhaps write about later

  10. this is how to do not only chaotic evil correctly, but how to write an overpowered character correctly too

  11. Exactly, Time baby, a major threat shows up and threatens to stop him, what does he do, toy with him? Nah time baby becomes dust instantly

  12. All yanderes are conventionally attractive. That’s part of the fantasy at play, I think. For an attractive person to obsess over you enough to do demented things

  13. That's what I was about to say, lol. Though there is a lot more leeway for women than men in terms of how much you have to diverge from perfectly attractive to be unattractive, so most male yandere kinda look the same to me, idk.

  14. How? I’ve played bedrock on and off for 8 years and have never seen it

  15. You can't in vanilla as far as I know, idk what they're talking abou

  16. how the fuck does this have -4 comments

  17. Now there's 15 including replies but 5 not including replies and it says 8 comments for me

  18. yeah i guess getting a simple answer is too much to ask 😤

  19. I guess looking around the honors, or asking your faction before you ask stupid questions here is too much to ask, lol. A decent faction will be much more helpful and nicer than Reddit.

  20. And if it wasn’t clear - completely agree on your points about global peace and general standards of living and levels of prosperity. Particularly in last 50 or so years.

  21. Quite naive, no offense, but if you cannot intuitively understand the deep resentment that clashing cultures can foster there is no good way to explain it. Some groups of people just can't get along. Don't misunderstand me though, a lot of groups who dislike each other are squabbling over petty things, Democrats and Republicans just want America to be better at the end of the day and disagree on what better means, for one. But some cultures have radical religion so ingrained within them that they literally think you should kill any unbelievers for... Whatever reason

  22. We are working together more than we used to...historically I mean not currently as we have become more hostile to each other the last few years

  23. There's no way to fully enumerate cooperation. Human are being tribal as we always have, getting payback for injustices, settling historical scores, none of that is indicative of global cooperation. Despite how much the media exaggerates things, the world is relatively at peace save for a small handful of major conflicts in any given year, and the average lifespan is doing nothing but trending up thanks to charitable efforts by nearly every country.

  24. America's greatest strength lies not in dictating the course of history, but in inspiring it. When we stand as a beacon of liberty and justice, offering a helping hand to those in need, we write a more hopeful story for the world. Let's remember, true leadership isn't about domination, but about empowering others to reach their full potential.
