Might be some “uhhh printer wasn’t working… and it doesn’t save…” but what you’re describing sounds like dog tracking. Which is where the rear end is angled off differently than the front. And most cars nowadays especially with front wheel drive, it’s harder to adjust that kind of angle. Which is probably why the tech spent so much time adjusting and driving, where you in some kind of wreck? Your frame might be bent in a way that your rear wheels are angled off
No wreck but 115000Miles on an Audi isn't exactly like 115000 on a Asian car. I know I worked with Mercedes and and mostly owned Asian cars up to 240000miles. I fix all my own stuff I just don't have an alignment machine.

I'm having the same issue but on a 04 acura tl P0301 misfire on cylinder 1 I already replaced spark plugs checked ignition coils checked injectors replaced fuel pump Replaced throttle body replaced all 02 sensors checked all fuses My next step is checking valves
Definitely not after going to Automotive Technology at the local College in 2009 it has got me lots of jobs with higher starting pay and made passing the ASE test's much easier. Mostly helped me make money with what I learned from diagnostics.

Use to have a Hyundai of that era check the pcv and egr valves. They can foul up pretty easily.
Alright I did change the pcv and this particular model doesn't use egr so I can check those my list.
Yes compression good what I did have was oil in the throttle body and air filter tube
That's caused by the pcv recycling excessive blow-by gasses.

Have you checked inside the cylinders for coolant after it sits and do you have a compression gauge?

Never was a problem until car manufacturers started making the rim face stick out almost further than the tire itself. Modern wheels are horrendous.
They should design wheel guards built-in to the wheel itself.
