  9. I’m not surprised and the places around here can’t keep staff over it. The owner of the one place is advertising $12/hr so their people are constantly asking if I’m hiring. I have no staffing issues. The difference here is I probably make what they do between all my hustles- she drives a $150k Mercedes and I drive a mom car, so clearly she needs every penny to continue living above her means. I want my people to come to work and focus on the kids, including mine, so I feel I can focus on my work, not worry about their second job or overdue bills. The only place I kind of suck is a lack of insurance coverage BUT when asked none of the places offer it and the young opt out even when offered cause it’s an extra expense for coverage they don’t feel they need.

I’m offering $8 an hour base pay for servers rn guaranteed $15 minimum if the tip pool doesn’t cover it and I’m not gonna lie I’m having trouble getting people in the door to even show for their scheduled interviews. (If people just showed up I have kids rn making 20-30 an hour plus). Don’t really know what to do though I thought it was decent pay

  20. The internet was the last large movement that would take years to believe in. Now all technological revolutions will continuously take shorter and shorter to manifest because the prior advancements stack on top of each other. The advancements that will populate from web3 will be globally liberating, and they will accelerate faster and faster. Not being one of the first movers in the product would be a huge mistake.
