I bet, it gets high 20’s low 30’s in the morning here in Phoenix but never snows. Warms up past 50 after 10am so not too long of cold. The summers are what suck. This summer we had 45+ days of 110 degree Fahrenheit and we were outside the whole time.

They didn’t tell me this, I had to message them twice asking why it was taking so long before they told me I selected the wrong CPD points. Their reply also came off as rude and callous.

The architectural design will dictate where those ‘shafts’ will be, sometimes they’re all grouped in the center and sometimes they’re spread out.
There’s good companies out there with good people running and working at them. But, you also have to rise above the bullshit and understand that it’s just a job and there’s only so much you can do in 8 hours. All the hot heads and backstabbers can go fuck themselves in the shitters.
