There's a difference between risk acceptance/avoidance and stupidity. Putting ALL of your money in a failing company that is going to declare bankruptcy because there is a tiny chance they don't and the stock moonz is stupidity. Putting a small amount of your portfolio in it is an acceptable risk as you aren't going to destroy your account, or even worse owe because you spent all your margin too.

The PlayStation logo only gets placed under games that will launch on their platform. It would be strange for Microsoft to allow placement for both the windows and Xbox logos too under a game about to launch and not hit them with fancy lawsuit if that wasn’t the implied idea.
