La boîte pour laquelle je bosse l’a instauré pour les employés en production (on est 36 dans la boîte en tout). Honnêtement un peu d’organisation et un bon dialogue avec les employés et on a déployé le test en quelques mois avec pour l’instant des retours positifs pour l’entreprise et les salariés
Les chaînes de productions ou les emplois logistiques ne seront jamais viser par ce genre de changements. En manuel, on reste productif, la production continue, même si elle est moindre, ça continue et ce qui importe pour les gros bonnets.
Bah pourtant ce sont eux dans mon entreprise qui en bénéficient les premiers. Donc c’est faisable
