Tbh yeah - It's a bit of effort but that would ensure that there's no dodgy bits to your past (old forums, old accounts, subscription services etc) that may have been compromised.

Just to expand a bit here too. If you hold alt and drag menus, your inventory the world map etc, you can actually move each of these wherever you like on screen. Holding alt and right clicking resets them to their default position ☺
