  1. Yes, not very often, but occasionally, I can fall back to sleep and pick up where I left off.

  2. Same, but super rare to pick up where I left off.

  3. I blame my farts on our 8.5 lb tiny girl cat because she's a notorious burper (so gassy as a default). Also, when my husband farts, depending in the sound, I'll either look around and ask who let a barking spider in the house or I'll say "tell the duck that lives in your ass to stop trying to sell us insurance."

  4. πŸ‘‹ 43 YO "old lady" from the West Coast here. My hubby and I are totally nerdy and work way too much... not a lot of social opportunities with friends/family, so yeah, I understand your situation, at least somewhat. Let me know if you feel like chatting.

  5. Vampire Blood is my new favorite scent! πŸ§›β€β™‚οΈπŸ§›β€β™€οΈπŸ§›

  6. πŸš— 🐿️ Heeelllooo, I'm 36 but feeling old because my body hurts..yikes and I'll be 37 in a couple of days. I feel you on the speeding, I'm pretty much a race car driver. 😺

  7. It's not speeding, it's qualifying!! lol 🏁 I feel ya on the body aches. I find CBD to be helpful. 😊

  8. I feel confused by your post. You’re 43? That is not an old lady?

  9. I say it jokingly as my job is stressful and some days I feel twice my age when I get up in the morning. 😊

  10. From my personal experiences, I've either seen a shadow figure or had mild poltergeist activity without seeing an actual figure or spirit. My mom's house was haunted and she would see full figures that would disappear if she got too close.

  11. Duuuude... I used to love Harvest Moon! I need to get back into that since we've recently acquired a Switch.

  12. I leave with an, "Okay kids, you be good. I love you."

  13. This!! My mom would say something similar when dropping us off somewhere. Proof of situational conditioning... or parent-ism osmosis, if you will.

  14. Yep. "Bye bye! I'm off to earn money to buy cat food! See you tonight!"

  15. Yep! I've said "Mama has to go make that sweet, sweet kibble money" on more than one occasion.

  16. ... I was in the car when that guy hit me. There's a particular song that I used to love that was playing on my radio at the time, and every time I hear it now I flash back to the accident.

  17. Damn... rereading is a good thing for me to do before replying apparently. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt and they could identify said douchenozzle.

  18. Yeah. I drive like a grand pa too. I've had two accidents that could have gone slightly differently and would mean I wouldn't be here. Both in Texas. That guy and a drunk driver. Both nearly head on, on my side. Driver's side.

  19. Completely justified. I try to anticipate what people are going to do because there's a distinct lack of situational awareness... especially during rush hour or bad weather and have thankfully been lucky so far. Stay safe out there!

  20. Depends on the context, but it's certainly more polite than telling someone to go [CENSORED] themselves with a [CENSORED] [CENSORED] in the [CENSORED].

  21. So what if they are homophobic, racist, and hurt me? Is that a valid reason?

  22. Yup. Your response would be more than justified IMO.

  23. You're quite welcome! ❀️

  24. California has an agency called the Victims Compensation Board which can assist with providing compensation to victims who apply for and are approved to receive it. This can be for medical expenses, emergency housing, etc., but it does have to be applied for and approved before the victim could see any financial relief... its not just automatically paid.

  25. Tired. A 🀏 high. Mellow. Not bad, really. Not in this moment, at least.

  26. You are so very welcome! ❀️

  27. I would love to send you both a card that is appropriately inappropriate! 😁
