  1. The NFL won’t allow them anymore. It’s a public corporation so they have to release the financials.

  2. Look, the Bears I disagree with. The Bears won’t even own the stadium. If they built in Arlington Heights their own valuation would go up 1B+.

  3. Justin Fields will be a pro-bowler under Mike Tomlin in his first year then taper off. The Bears will make an NFCCG with Caleb Williams in Year 2 only to lose to Justin Fields who was the backup for Jalen Hurts and was injured.

  4. Amazing how these images never show much parking lol

  5. Point to the place on the stadium where the affordable seats are. I'm sure they are there because they want $2 billion in public funding. It only makes sense that the tickets would be affordably priced so that those paying for a stadium for an NFL team can use said stadium to see said NFL team. Surely it wouldn't be full of seats that normal families are immediately priced out of... right?

  6. I think many fans don’t know this… the bears don’t own soldier field and won’t own this either. So when the Bears aren’t playing the city makes money for hosting all the other events… not the bears.

  7. I think Toyota is just crushing it now. The new 4-runner, Land Cruiser are just leaps above any Honda offerings, IMO.

  8. Yeah it’s one thing to replace a drummer or musician a la Foo Fighters so quickly. It’s a whole nother level to reinvent themselves with a new singer. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t…. I know the magic Chester made with the guys will never be replicated. But if the fans we eager and willing to accept that this new phase of LP will never be the Chester and the band is considering moving forward in a new direction. It could be something worthwhile

  9. Honestly, Blink182 did it. I know I’m 122 days late. Make new stuff with a new singer.

  10. They did, but they weren’t MCU movies, so a lot of parents knew not to bring bring their kids

  11. So because it’s MCU parents will think it’s fine,

  12. Yes i had a chapter 11 BK about 4 years ago (covid killed my business) and want to keep that steady on my CR just for good reporting.

  13. You don’t need a car to do that with high rates. You can just have a credit card you pay off every month…

  14. No, you do need it. A car is (like a home) is seen as a different account type and more positively affects your credit score.

  15. So paying 8% interest rates is worth fixing your credit score so you can then? Do what?

  16. I moved to Chicago a couple of years ago because my wife got a great job opportunity. I lived in Florida my whole life up until then. We both love Chicago. Sold our cars and use public transportation. All the extra taxes took a little to get used to, but at least we see where it goes with public services and programs. The only things about Florida I really miss are my family and good Cuban food.

  17. I mean, the winters are pretty horrible and the sky is gray for 4 months practically. Chicago is my favorite city, but it has its immense problems as well.

  18. Professional hedge fund managers dont buy stocks they intend to hold for 30+ years.

  19. If that’s your stance. Neither is the S&P 500. Companies fall off if they aren’t performing and replaced with a new one.

  20. Cause I don't think it will. I'm not gonna be in cryo sleep, companies dont just go from on top to 0 without showing signs before

  21. Said everyone holding the bag in the history of stocks….

  22. Am I the only one who thinks Brees suddenly becomes a top 3 QB of all time given this situation?

  23. I think one of Brady’s and Mahomes was with an extra game too.

  24. Carson Wentz was the Eagles first 4000yard passer. He didn’t have a single WR over 500 yards that year.

  25. Yeah, but no one knew it was at the time? We were also in a recession.

  26. The supply is occurring because investors… the supply has is up over 100% in many areas compared to the same time last year. The reason supply is also slow is because rates are SO low so why sell and have to pay thousands more in interest?

  27. Just an FYI you’re not getting a new mortgage anywhere near 4% unless you buy down a lot of points.

  28. Happy with my decision why you so bothered by my decision that has no impact on you?

  29. It doesn’t and I’m not bothered. It just seemed like a liaise fair approach.

  30. Jalen Hurts gets injured the 2nd game of the season and still make the playoffs with Kenny Pickett, beat Dallas then get blown out.

  31. Eagles have dominated having strong offensive Lines for a LONG time now. Decade+.

  32. I'm in a similar boat. But my loan burden was 250k, and now my wages are around 500k so I'd say it worked out great.

  33. The pro tho is you can be a doctor until you’re like 80… most jobs fade way before then.

  34. Depends hugely on the specialty. Rare to see a surgeon over 70, presbyopia and essential tremor affect your work, and it's a job with significant physical demand.

  35. Damn, your wife's work travel gets counted against her allotted hobby time? That's rough

  36. Work travel where you’re in a hotel with no kids. Ya bro… that’s hobby time. Haha

  37. No. Nothing about your situation is complicated. Just open fidelity or vanguard as your broker. Feel free to talk to someone there. Any financial “advisor” that asks you about your life insurance is almost always a rip off.

  38. So we should let your dear leader Putin be in charge of everything since you hate democracy so much?

  39. Your deduction skills are lacking immensely. You’re acting like the people of these countries are choosing their government because they want a democracy or don’t. They want to literally survive and have safety and food. How do you think these extremist came into power?
