HPJ Justice and current Justice is the equivalent of parent and grandparent. When you're a parent, you're stricter with your kid trying to teach right and wrong, but when you're a grandparent, you're a lot more loose with rules and having fun
Top is isekai smartphone phone and bottom is Iā¦ DonāT Want To Work Anymoreā I Quit Being An Adventurer. Even If You Treat Me Better Now, I WonāT Do It. I Will Never Work Again
I think the whole isekai genre has very few quality wise good series, but many enjoyable ones. Often, they nail it by combining the absurdity of fitting a character from our world into a new setting by making it comically amusing. Similar to the "kicked from the hero's party" trope, the comedic effect of absurdity and the awareness or perhaps over-the-top ignorance of it brings enjoyment. Like I like to argue, there are two axes for media: one is objective quality, and one is achieved enjoyment. There is good media with great enjoyment like the original trilogy Star Wars. There is bad media with great enjoyment like the Star Wars prequels, and so on. This anime, at the current point (1st episode), leans towards the latter point, quite common in terms of isekai but seemingly funny to watch. Edit: Just now noticed that autocorrect changed "prequels" to "sequels," and I feel very dirty.
Honestly, the biggest problem I have with isekai anime/manga is how fast and how easily they accept and adapt to a completely different world, some good examples are Death March to the parallel world rhapsody or isekai smartphone, now I'm not saying I think they're bad (especially Death March I actually love that manga) but it's just something that's always bothered me a little
In Death March, isn't the new world a video game that OP was a developer of? I wouldn't be surprised if he understood a fair bit about a setting he's worked on for months
From what I remember, he said it's like two different games he was working on were mashed together, so even if he knows them separately, he may not know them together. It's like cooking a dish for the first time, you may know the ingredients, but not that end product
Me neither, but the biggest problem I had with it, and I have this problem with all anime that do this due to my ocd, is when they changed Issei's English VA but that wasn't their fault, and before the sub guys come, I can't do subs because I have trouble reading fast so my options are either pause it to read and ruin the pacing or not understand a word of what they're saying
In order for that to work, I'd have to read what they're saying, or else I wouldn't know what I'd be learning, I'd be learning the language but not what they mean
Thing is, for all we know, Delirious may actually be black
Damn the next GTA game looks good š
Ikr can't way for it to release in 2050
Man, I love Lucky Star, it's one of the few slice of life anime that I enjoy watching
Ngl, I thought the middle right one was Nogla for a split second

God, I love Tremors
Me: āWhat the hell is ācobble mutilationā?ā
Not sure if you're trying to make a joke or not, but it actually says cattle mutilation
Oh my god it's the grapes all over again
well... and here I thought I had seen every glitch this game can throw at you.
When you think you've seen everything, just know you haven't
Two questions, 1 who's the green haired girl and 2 who's Sakura trying to hit
Itās gotta be Naruto. Directly below her, and the branch is slightly further back. So she has to aim it forward and mostly down.
Idk, it looks more like she's aiming at Hawk for whatever reason
I named mine Sleipnir because just like Odin, I ride him into battle
That makes perfect sense! But does he have six legs as well?
No, but he has two legs with the power six
There's nothing to laugh at bro, we've all been through that pain
Who needs a dick to impregnate someone when you're as powerful as Ains
And surely he can just use magic or one of his million op items to make a fully functional dick
What series is this?

Honestly, in my opinion, Dantalion definitely has one of the most interesting designs in the franchise
I didn't dislike the 4th season of dxd

Have you perhaps considered simply watching so much sub anime that you learn Japanese and stop needing subs altogether?
In order for that to work, I'd have to read what they're saying, or else I wouldn't know what I'd be learning, I'd be learning the language but not what they mean
š¤£š¤£š¤£
I only see 3 guys in that picture
Agreed, I usually say to wait at least 10 minutes, after that, then yeah, we can kick
I don't know what this Alucard is from, but in my head is the line from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, and the line "I was a chick in the 40's"
