I have the same problem just with the 4 watchstones and the "/recheck_achievements" didnt fix the watchstones part but did get me 2 others done
Have you tried manually taking out and putting back in a voidstone in your atlas?

The number of afflictions you get per floor is the same; this time you just so happened to get them a little earlier; this might be more favourable since if they're all bad afflictions you can just reset early
My best bet is that new rare mod reward that converts your dropped items into vendor'd prices time something; I randomly get alt and alch shards occasionally killing rares
Not sure, just got 46 chaos and a divine from a whole sanctum, have you finished the whole dungeon yet? Rewards probably get better the deeper you are
How far are you getting? and are you in maps?

Have you made a bug report for this? Maybe would be better to go to the forums and see if you can get it recorded there, not just some emails from support, when it may be out of their hands.
I have five active posts on the bug report forum, dating back five months, that I bump regularly.
Oh really? yeah can't find them but then again GGG's Forum searching engine is pretty bad so kinda hard to find anything there :(

Looks to just be client visual bugs, I checked on the website and my challenges were restored correctly
If you look on the website there correct, only seems to be client that's not showing
Think what he was trying to say was that it's not like GGG shifted all the loot into the 1 loot golbin explosion; sure it's there but there's still other ways of getting easy currency; it's just that well I suppose the loot goblin is the best way now?
